? about resort charging privileges

We've never used the resort charging privileges but plan to on our next trip. I know there are some places, like drink carts, that will not accept the resort card. Is there anyplace else that we won't be able to use it? I'm mainly interested in places inside the parks but also wondering about the shops at Downtown Disney. Appreciate any info.:)

The only places I've ever had any problems were at moveable carts and beaver tail place in Epcot. I've used mine at a few places in DD without any problems.

I've used ours at many places; I've never run into a souvenir cart that wouldn't take them. We've used them at several restaurants in DD(HoB, Fulton's, Portobello), as well as lots of shops, although I'm not certain that ALL of the DD shops and restaurants will take them.

Even the Epcot Food&Wine Festival carts will take them.

We always carry a bit of cash to buy drinks, popcorn, icecream, etc from vending carts in the parks. Other than that, we usually use our cards.

We've used them everywhere in DD. I'm not aware of a place there that doesn't take the cards. You are right that some food carts aren't equipped to take anything but cash. It just depends on the cart.

We usually carry Disney Dollars to buy from the snack carts.
