Poly concerige ?

Anyone know, how soon the poly conc. staff contact guest? Or get the questioneer from the poly? Would you maybe get a better table assignment if the concerige do the ps or does it matter the earlier the booking?, or does it just happen randomly? Trying to decide if I should start thinking about p.s. cause coming up on dates to make ps's. Thanks, MKY:)

We received our PVI for the June trip at the 90 day out mark. We've received the PVI form in the past as late as 60 days out. If you didn't book your own trip, the PVI might not be mailed to you because the staff may not have your address, etc. If you don't hear from the concierge planning office AND you did book your own trip, e-mail them with your PS requests and you'll receive a speedy reply.

As to your table question, it's been kind of hit or miss for us. The concierge staff does say it cannot request specific tables (e.g., Illuminations at Rose & Crown), BUT we're typically very happy with our seating when we've done PS through concierge.

I never got one, so I'd suggest calling or e-mailing them! When I stayed at the Contemporary, we got ours about two weeks before we arrived.
