Churros are fried dough sticks sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. The school bread is a pastry of some sort with coconut (I don't like coconut so have never tried this one). Don't have a clue about the Figaro Fries.

Figaro Fries are fries with cheese, bacon, tomatoes, lettuce (sour cream perhaps) on top. Basically loaded fries. I've had some at Steak Escape that are similar. I haven't tried these yet but plan to on our honeymoon trip in May.
I also plan to try Dole Whips and school bread. :thumbsup2

Pinocchio Village Haus in the MK is the only place to get the famed figaro fries. As I understand it, they are topped with ranch dressing, not sour cream.
School bread is a custard filled, coconut topped pastry only available in the bakery in Norway in Epcot.
Both are on my "never tried/must do" list for our upcoming trip!
Churros are as described by karrit2000, and are widely available at carts throughout the various parks.

I think if you search the food photo thread you'll find pics of the figaro fries. I too had no idea what they were until I saw a photo of them and will be trying them in September along with a Dole Whip. :)

IF you like coconut, you will love the School Bread in Norway. It is a large round not especially sweet bread, filled with a vanilla custard and then topped with tons of coconut. Totally yummy and more than enough to share. Enjoy!
