I have been considering buying into DVC for well over a year. I always said when I sold my convertible I would buy... well 10 months later I finally did it. I struggled with all the decisions, buy not buy, resale or new, etc..... for a lot of reasons, I am older the contract is older but I have a 2yr old so I figure I will get a good 10-15 years out of it...
I put an offer in for a VWL resale and they accepted it. Now I'm just waiting to get the contract to sign... I must say it has tormented me for the past 2 weeks and now that I made the offer and they accepted it I am very relieved! Now I just have to hope that it passes ROFR:scared:
