Gifts for Oceaneer Club staff

We are going on a 4 night Wonder cruise in May and would like to know what type of tip/gift is appropriate for Oceaneer Club staff. Thinking of phone cards, but wondered $ amount and how many we will need. We will have two kids (DS 5 and DD 3) in the clubs. Any other suggestions welcome! Thanks.

We don't have children, but we use phone cards to tip other staff members. We get either the 45 or 60 minute ones. They will get a lot less minutes because they are calling internationally and those are US minutes. For the females, we also pick up little items from Bath & Body Works, and Florida lottery tickets are fun for the crew members too.

During our cruise last fall, we brought a bag of gifts for the oceaneer's club staff on the last night of the cruise. I bought incense sampler sets and put a label on each one to say "thank you" and had my daughter sign them. They were SOOO excited and appreciative of the gifts. I didn't see anyone else drop off tokens of appreciation.

One of the counselors told me that he had the best job on the ship "he gets to play all day!" They all had wonderfull attitudes and deserved the special thanks.
