Woohoo!! I thought today we could visit the North East. I always loved the New England coasts, and one of my favorite animals lives there, the Puffin!!

All Real Hermione. My hair is very naturally curly so what I do is I let it dry curly and then I brush is out and it goes POOF. Then I add hairspray for effect.

The average induction is about 12 hrs at least that is what they told me 9 hours into mine. She could still be above average and time things right for a change-of-shift baby. The hospital staff loves it when you have a baby right when they should be finishing up to go home. :rolleyes1

good to know!! With R I had 2 doses of pit, or is it pip? Then I had to get xrays, then they lost me while I was supposed to get to an emergency c. Show of hands, who is suprised ;)
The reason 2 doses? My Dr had a date about an hour and a half away and I only wanted him to deliver. He missed his date :thumbsup2

OMgoodness. That is so funny. Now.

They lost me once too. Only I didn't know I was lost. Things happened so fast that I got moved in and out of rooms so quick the system was never up to date as to where I was. So when my mom arrived she couldn't find me.

yes, you can imagine the pain I was in while they wanted to do this xray. They were remodeling a section of the floor where I got the xray. Turns out the tech was a girl I went to HS with.
She came out and stopped the kid wheeling me to show me the pic. VERY COOL by the way.
He wheeled me down some more, got a page and said someone would retrieve me. I am the type where I close my eyes, not make much sound while in pain. I had no idea I was in an abandoned part :rotfl:
The Dr, DH and surgical team started screaming after 20 minuntes. I was then found;)

Can't say as I do. Some geckos are asexual so the whole birthing process really doesn't come up much. And needless to say they're no fun at parties either.

Gratz on the Duckling!

And another great series of books that I just started are the "Legend of Drizzit" series by R.A. Salvatore.
