Snorkeling on Board & Jacuzzi

Is it O.K. for the kids do use any of their snorkeling equipment on board in the ship's pool (flippers & the tube thing) so they can get in a little practice before arriving at St Thomas where they'll try and do some real snorkeling? Thx.
Also...is there a jacuzzi (or jacuzzi's) on board (for adults)? If so, by the pool or in the Rainforest room or both?

the pools are going to be too crowded for them to practice, especially with the fins.

There are four jacuzzi(s) on the ship 2 by the goofy pool for families, and 2 by adults only pool (serenity cove).

Except for the Hydro bath, there are no jacuzzi in the Vista Spa.

The rainforest is just steam rooms and showers.
