I have a huge outline due for my AP English class tomorrow that counts for a lot of our final fourth marking period grade.
And, per usual, I'm only really starting it tonight.

It's so much stress procrastinating this much, but keeping it till the last minute is the only way I seem to get things done.
Anyway, I'm here biting my fingernails trying to think of a perfectly worded thesis, so while I'm waiting for that brain blast...

Do you procrastinate?
And, more importantly, do you have any adivce on how to stop?

Yes, I admit I do slightly.
I use to never, but it's gotton worse as I've gotton older.
I don't wait until the day before, but usually if I have a bigger project due and have a couple weeks to do it, I'll wait before a couple days.

Most of the time, it's the computer that distracts me, so I just put it up and hide it in my closet until I finish working on it.

And if I still don't do it, then I think about how I could get a bad grade if I don't...
Other than that, don't have much advice. Sorry.
I hate procrastination, though I'm guilty of it.
Good Luck with your paper!

uhg I know how your feeling.
I have a 5 page essay do friday and tomorrow I have pratice from 6-9
well 5 pages isn't really difficult to do. Its just the whole doing it concept I don't like
I try to take my work in strides and do a little at a time.
But to be honest I do my best work when I am under pressure.

I'm really bad at procrastonating! I think I'm getting better this year. We have a powerpoint due for computer class may 16th about our lives so far. We got it assigned 3 weeks ago and I'm already done. Although it's not always good to get so ahead. Until may 16th, I get to sit in computer for 40 minutes and twiddle my thumbs and talk to Kenny!

I'm a huge Procrastinator! It's gotton so bad this year. It's been so bad that I've had to make excuses in some classes that I "left" my homework at my house.
I need to learn how to manage it.

So much! I wish I didn't but I do! Yeah, I wish I could stop but I have no idea how, and no will power when it comes to avoiding talking or going somewhere or spacing out. Good luck on your paper!

I've gotten a little better about procrastination, Last year I had a month or so to do a huuuuuge project for english and I waited until the NIGHT before to start it. I finished it and got a good grade but I was so stressed I was freaking out haha.

Not really. I get paranoid if my work isn't done.

And If I do forget my work, i get my parents to drive it to my school.

I'm either done right away, or I do it the night before.

I'm capable of working under pressure. I've done an entire story in book form in three hours and gotten an A on it. And it was in my second language.

Lately, I've been putting projects off, and not been doing actual homework.
I have a book report in French due on May the 5th and I'm only half done. I know that there are people who aren't even done their book yet, but I have a tendency to only work on book reports on weekends... and well I only do one thing each time.
I'm worried it's not going to get done.
