Hey Beth! The only response I recieved from DCL was that they needed my address and reservation # so that they could research my concerns thoroughly.

Thanx to everyone for your help. MartyP, and Dizneykids it was great meeting you. Aside from "the incident", we had a great time. Hopefully, DCL will address our concerns.

what we went thru that Thursday morning.....This weekend I
will be sitting down to draft my letter....concerns/praise....Keep
us posted if anyone hears anything from them re the fire.....

Sent a second letter using Dizneykids address. As of yet, no response to either.
