DH and I will be taking our second cruise in August. Our two teen DDs will be with us this time. Will they be able to go to the welcome reception with us? Also, I don't know what I did with my CC number. Will I need some kind of 'proof' that I'm a return cruiser?

You do not need any proof. You will have tickets delivered to your room telling you where and when the returning pary is located. It is also listed in your Navigator. Your Children are more than welcomed to go with you. I would let whoever you booked through know that you are a returning cruiser so that you receive your Ship credit and gift in your stateroom.
