I booked the Beach Club over the weekend for 5/9-5/11 (DD's 7th Birthday  ). I got a rate of $259/night! I had been checking rates, and didn't remember it being that low for the passholders, but thought I remembered wrong - too many number floating around! I just double checked, and regular rate is $370, with the PH rate at $309... How did I pull off $259?! I did the math, and it's exactly 30% off the regular rate!
Would CRO apply a pin code without telling you?

I did get a confirmation, and it confirms the $259 rate, but nothing about what type of discount.
I'll take it, I'm happy, I'm just curious! :)

There is a current public code (CMB) a Spring Room Only offer, for dates up to May 21st, sounds like that is what you received.:goodvibes
Actually, a standard room at Beach club with the Spring Room Only code is $279.00 per night, soooo maybe you did get a pin, congrats.
Have a great trip:cool1:

I knew about the public code, and when the CM told me the price, I thought it sounded lower, but I couldn't remember (I'd been pricing a LOT of scenario's!).
I've been checking every week or so to see if I had a pin attached to my name, but had no luck - I was really just assuming that since I had trips booked already, they may not want to give me a code. Obviously, I'm visiting multiple times a year with or without a code! But, I did just receive my Disney planning DVD... maybe there is something to that rumor!

I also booked 5/9 - 5/11, for my DS's 11th birthday. I booked a Ft. Wilderness cabin, and the "passholder rate" I got from CRO over the phone was $50 a night less than the passholder rate shown online; in fact, it was more than 30% off rack rate! I don't know why, but believe me, I'll never book online. It really pays to call CRO and just ask for the best rate.
