I've noticed on all the brochures that RPH and PBH all say "a loew's hotel" right after the name, but HRH does not.

Can I use my loews first card for milk & cookies, newspapers and a possible upgrade???

I prefer the red wine over the milk and cookies.

But yes, you are entitled to Loews First amenities.
