Any AP discounts possible for Dec.?

We are going th efirst week of December and I would really like to get an AP discount. I know we did last year. Do they have AP discounts every Dec?

Last year was the first year anyone can remember having AP discounts at anytime in Dec. I'd love them too, but I think the chances are slim. If they do become available, look for them in September/october.
