Problems with AOL on board

My cousin was on board the Wonder last week and she hot problems with AOL. She said she would log on to AOL (which by the way, she said was 5.0), and she would go to send mail and she would get bumped off line and have to start over again. Has anyone else had these same problems? Just wondering?

I just switched to a new service provider, that has much better technical support and is rated the number one service.
