I purchased a wireless alarm clock online on the 12th March but i still have not received it. On their website it says to allow 5-7 working days for delivery.
I have emailed them on several occassions but still have not received a response. I have also tried on numerous occassions to get through on the phone but it is always engaged and there is not an option to leave a message.
Is there anything i can do to get my money back? It was £18.95 with the postage costs.
A friend suggested the small claims court but said there was a £25 court fee to pay.:goodvibes

The £25 court costs is added to your claim if you win ! maybe just threatening the CC will get a result ;)

If you paid by Credit card maybe you could file a dispute with them & say you haven't received the goods.

I agree....speak to your credit card issuer. They can normally reimburse you but you will probably need to put it in writing to them with copies of your emails. Hope you get it sorted.

Thanks for the help everyone. I contacted my credit card company who have sent me a form to complete for a retail dispute. They said they will refund me the money and claim it back themselves from the supplier!
So looks like i'll get my money back which is great!
