He got this disturbed look on his face like why is this a production?! He wanted to watch Heroes. Now I am thinking "quick how can I deter him" but what could I say "I don't want you using my computer because I think I am still logged in and my main page may be he cruise meet thread or heaven forbid I forgot to close something down and you see that I was chatting late never mind talking to those DIS strangers via conference call until 2A." Double Oy. So instead I said "No problem"

we got a new Dodge Grand Caravan. It came with Nav & I thought no way I will ever use it. Well I have gotten lost and found my way home with the Nav. The Nav has all the Disney resorts in it and how long it will take to get to them. The map is really kind of neat--the voice is annoying because it seems like she is yelling at me. our next car will have Nav also.

My DH assists the coach who had to leave at 3:30. we caught the last 5 minutes of the game. two other fathers were coaching. the team lost 2 to 1 with no subs. I felt sooooo bad. I emailed the coach and apologized. Hopefully he won't hold it against DS

As soon as DrHug gets out of the shower we will be heading over to Sam's for the dessert party! YUM. And the apple pie was yummy! Those honeycrisp apples are THE BEST for apple pie. Obviously no WW going on in this household! :rolleyes:

Angie that is funny that you mentioned honeycrisp apples. Today we were going to an apple orchard/pumpkin patch thing. Dh and I wanted to go to this one that has a hay rack ride, pony rides, corn maze, face painting, apples, pumpkins, live music, and tons of apples and pumpkins. We pick up my Mom and she says she wants to go to this place that is further away and not nearly as much to do because she heard they have honeycrisp apples. she just can't stop talking about these honeycrisp apples. We said we'll go to the fun place, but if they don't have honeycrisps then we'll go to your place afterward. On the way there we passed at least 5 different farms or roadside stands selling honeycrisps, and then at the orchard of course they have tons of them. So we had to mock her a little bit! And now I have a bag full of honeycrips apples too. I have never made an apple pie, would you care to share your recipe?

I used to swear that the youngest was awakened by the slightest change in air currents and wouldn't even walk past his room for fear of waking him up!!

well we got the hallway painted today. I picked out "apple crisp" for the color but it looks more like "pumpkin pie". I wanted something bright but the orange may be too much. I am hoping it tones down a little when it dries. we put the floor down tomorrow. we are laying laminate over the old wood floors. the original floors need some help so we decided to go with the laminate. I hope it goes in easy. at least the bengals are not playing tomorrow. that way we can concentrate more on getting this job done. DD is keeps telling me that we need to make sure we put up the halloween decorations tomorrow. we have a couple blow ups for the yard that she wants to make sure we get out.

My DD walks the razors edge between cutsie sizes and juniors. She really wants to wear the kid stuff but she's too big. The juniors is too revealing for her style or she just doesn't have the figure to fill it out. We just try on everything that fits in every department. Kids, Jr. Misses, and buy anything that fits.

Whe have had great luck with Talbots kids because they carry the kids styles into size 18. I shop outlet only however. If I went full price there would be no cruise for me!

Hello everyone! I can't believe that I am just getting on the computer today. :( I slept in...well stayed in bed until 8 am. The kids woke me up on & off for a couple hours. DH & I did alot of cleaning & odd jobs around the house before dragging the kids to soccer hoping that it would start raining. It didn't. :rolleyes1 They took a couple kids from their team to put with another one that only had 2 kids show...so our kids weren't going to get a break for the game. One of the other kids showed up late so we got one of ours back...only after the goalie got a ball to the face & had to take a break so we were 3 against 4. OY! One kid took a break each quarter. DD finally got to sit down the last one. Poor thing was so tired. I am going to talk to the director next practice. Is it just me or does it sound stupid to reduce team 2 to 4 players so team 1 can have 4 players. They play teams 3 & 4 both with 7 players who can switch out often and rest during the game. Wouldn't it make more sense to take one kid from each team so that none of the kids are worn out?

Anyhow, after getting the kids cleaned up we went to CFA for lunch...and made a resie for DD's bday party in 2 weeks. :) We spent the morning at the aquarium where we listened to a shark presentation, watched a diving show i the shark tank, then watched the feeding frenzie in the tank. Let's see, when we got home I had to make dinner...or finish it to go with the crock pot. LOL! This morning before we left for the game DH stopped at the counter & looked at the crock pot. He asked if we needed to turn it off. :rotfl: I guess that he is a CP doubter. His parents wouldn't let me keep one on at their house last year when we were visiting so I stayed there while they went out. LOL! :rolleyes1 Anyhow, after dinner bills needed to be paid and the kids needed baths then desert then whew! I finally get to sit down. :)

Looks like I have 30 pages to catch up on. popcorn::
