Anyone know when this starts is it sometime in June or July, and do the fireworks start in June as well.

Anyone know when this starts is it sometime in June or July, and do the fireworks start in June as well.The parks don't stay open later until June 21st but I'm not sure if it starts in July or not...same with the fireworks.

This is the one thing I don't get about Universal. I've been to both parks about a bajillion times and still have yet to see this show. From what I understand they spent quite a bit of money developing this nightly spectacular...so why not actually run the show? Seriously, two months out of the year? That's ridiculous.

That being said I've heard great things about it...when they actually do it.

That being said I've heard great things about it...when they actually do it.I think it has to do with the park hours and making sure it's as dark as possible for the show. The show at HHN is awesome!

The only thing I see about it on the Universal site is they were having it march 16 - 28 :confused3

about a month ago and they said they were still finalizing the summer schedule. They just referred me to their website. We'll be in Orlando 6/12-6/22 and REALLY want to see the show. Hopefully enough people ask about it that they'll start it earlier this year. If their closing hours are based on the anticipated crowd levels maybe a lot of requests would make a difference...:confused3

MikeI would recommend the opposite side of the lagoon from Amity...over near Mel's Diner. They show images on the sides of the buildings during the show.

I would love to see this also but we are going the 3rd week in August......it IS dark at 9:00 - I wish they would show it.
