Thank you so much to every CM who has answered the endless questions about FD every time I call. I cannot imagine how long your days were this week on the phones with 300 people on hold waiting for you. Ericka was wonderful on Thursday when I spoke with her. She went above and beyond making sure I had all of my ADRs, knew about things going on in the parks, everything.

Thank you so much again for making the first step of our trip so great!
