If you mean in the immediate Disney area, WalMart does hands down.

The Super Walmart has a deli that makes fresh made sandwichs that are YUMMY!!

We 3,had the 3 foot sandwich [cut into 3 inch pieces] with Roast beef,it tasted soooo good. They also have one made with kid friendly cold cuts.

Super Walmart is always soooo crowded. I find it much more preferable to shop at Publix.

Where is Super Walmart as I like the sound of the 3ft sandwich, is this fine for a big snack for 3 or would it do 4 as a stop gap, roughly how much would something like this cost?

Besides food, if you need items like suntan lotion, toothpaste, etc., Walmarts is typically cheaper than most grocery stores.

Where are the Publix and Super Walmart located compared to Disney. Which one is closer?

Publix is about 2 miles east of the maingate (192) entrance, behind Walgreens and Logan's Roadhouse; Walmart is about 5 miles east, right on 192.

Super Walmart Hands down...

You get prices comparable to what you pay at home and you can pick up other bargains on things you forgot or you just happen to see at reasonable prices...

If you are coming from the airport there is a SuperTarget that is really nice and wasn't terribly crowded. It also didn't seem unreasonably priced either.

Tell me more. DH always goes a different way or at least that's the way it seems to me. What exit off what highway? Does the SuperTarget sell wine?

I don't like to shop at Walmart. Target just seems to be nicer!

Thanks!

I stopped at the Super Target. It's off the Central Florida Greeneway. Can't remember if it was exit 10 or 11, but you can see it from the Greeneway on the left as you are heading toward WDW. I'm assuming they sell wine, it looked like they had a complete grocery dept.

I'll have to get DH to stop at SuperTarget! I always think of the things I've forgotten while we are on the plane. This time, though, we will be stopping at my mom's house for Thanksgiving first, so you never know what I might need before arriving at the world!

Thanks!
