You just paste the image code (it's the last one) from photobucket right into the message box where you are writing.

I hope this helps!

along the same lines... how do you "turn" the pix once you insert the "img" code in the post? Guess I took my pix in portrait mode rather than landscape and can't figure out how to do counterclockwise turn 90 degrees. Can anyone help me?

Click on the word edit above the picture you want to rotate. A new edit screen will open up. Then across the top - you'll see rotate. Just keep clicking until you have it right side up and then choose save on the bottom right.

I did that and it saved just fine in photobucket but when I tried to put the image in a post on these boards, it once again turned it.

OK, this is a test (just something I am working on for my Mom's cruise). I purposely saved it turned. Then I rotated as I said in Photobucket, saved using the bottom blue button and chose 'overwrite exsisting image'. Let's see if this works.

Well, it worked! Did you follow these same steps?

OK, now the strange thing is this... the thumbnail image in my photobucket is still looking crooked but here it looks fine. Just thought I would let you know.

yes, I did the same thing you did. It looks right in the photobucket and in the thumbnail. Will try to post here as a test. Clicking the icon that looks like a mountain on a postcard "insert image" above:

in the pop-up window, cleared out the http:\\ and pasted the img code in the box.

well works tonight! maybe it was just being fickle last night or it was just too late! thanks for the pixie dust, Amy!!!! It's just what I needed.

well same rotate problem occurring again today in photobucket. Uploaded pix to photobucket, rotated and resized to message board size before saving. Saved as a "write over existing copy" and tee looks fine on screen and in thumbnail but when posting to Disboard, viewers must tilt their heads 90 degrees  :rotfl: to view the pix of the tee! grrr.

I'm now wondering if it's a "server refresh" issue from Photobucket's web site. Will try it again later and see what happens!
