Macleran Major Special Needs stroller? I've looked at all the rental places listed in the FAQ sticky, but I did not see Pediatric wheelchairs, just adult. We leave in 2 weeks, and my DS' new wheelchair will not be here in time. He would prefer the wheelchair to a stroller if I can find one.
Thanks!

We called quite a few companies about renting a wheelchair for our daughter. They only rented the stroller. They said pediatric wheelchairs are too "specialized" and its not economical for them to carry them.
We ended up borrowing a kidkart from Shriners and taking it with us the first trip we took her. She has used her power wheelchair since then. We haven't flown with it (yet). I am scared they will tear it up.
She does great with her power chair, even in the crowds! :)
Good luck! Sorry I wasn't more help

Also, have you checked around your area for a rental you can bring with you?
