GF Conceirge reservations

I just emailed our travel agent because she wrote that we were reserved at "Concierge Royal Palm AND Sugar Loaf lodge". Which doesn't make sense. Once I get this straightened out how is the best way to contact the coneirge? Telephone, email or fax? How soon can you call and make a request for a specific room?

Since I hadn't heard from our travel agent I decided to call Disney myself to check the reservation and see what bldg we are in. They said because we are doing the land/sea pkg booked through the Cruise Line we are on a "wait list" for the concierge rooms and from what I gathered got what ever was left over. The guests that book directly with the hotel or that are just staying there get first dibs on the rooms. I don't like this at all considering what the pkg costs. I will have to do more research on this. The person I spoke with did put the request in that we wanted main bldg accomodations. We shall see. I'm certainly not going to let it ruin our vacation though if we are in the Lodge instead of the RPC. Thanks for letting me vent!:(
