Could someone tell me more about 3 day breakfast / lunch options??

Tell me if I have this right. Please!!

BREAKFAST:

Option 1 - a rotation restaurant will be open - fixed menu for all three days? I noticed on Barbs site only one breakfast menu is listed. But I also read on a trip report that Parrot Cay has a buffet?

Option 2 - Beach Blanket Buffet will be open.

LUNCH:
Option 1 - a rotation restuarant - will these be menu .. or buffet? Is there anywhere the lunch menus are posted?

Option 2 - Beach Blanket Buffet - this is cold food??

Option 3 - One of the snacky places like Pluto's.

And of couse .. room service.

I guess my question is what kind of food is offered for breakfast / lunch at each of the places?

Here is a quick explanation:
Breakfast:
Parrot Cay has a brunch buffet and Beach Blanket Buffet also has a buffet spread. I'm not overly fond of the buffet food, so we never eat there...therefore, I can't really offer much of an opinion!
Triton's has the sit-down breakfast with the menu posted on my website.
You can go any time to any of the above during the posted breakfast hours.

Lunch:
Sitdown at Triton's (menu posted on my website) plus FANTASTIC American-style buffet at Beach Blanket. We used to always eat at Triton's till we discovered the buffet a couple of trips ago. It has lots of hot items...I have photos on my website. Lunch, like breakfast, is open seating.

On CC day, the main lunch is served on the island, but I think Parrot Cay has a buffet too...you can doublecheck on my Navigators.

I checked on your website for the lunch menus. Is there a specific day on that list that is the Nassau Day lunch on the 3 day cruise? Thanks!

Are the lunch buffets at BB and PC ... cold only?

Also .. is there a breakfast buffet on disembarking day ... or just the sit down.

I'm trying to think of the best way to try to try it all ...lol.

I believe there is a breakfast buffet as well as a sit down breakfast on disembarkation day. There is no room service that morning though.

The breakfast buffet on disembarkation day is a continental breakfast only. No hot items.
