Does anyone take their Big Green Egg with them when they go camping. We do and love to cook on them.

Really? I thought everyone know about these things. They use only lump charcoal and the're ceramic. You can use them as a smoker or as a grill. The body of the grill gets so hot that it cooks from every direction. You can set them up and slow cook pork or a roast for 12-14 hrs. Yummy!

hmm, been looking for a smoker, i'll go back and look again...can you get them locally, or just through the website?

There available almost anywhere. But they are pricey. If you look on the web for one called "Primo" same thing and about half the price. I have both and I can't tell the difference.

I had green eggs and ham this morning. Not really very tasty to be honest.

We've never used one but the local "Grill Expert" swears by them. We love to smoke, food that is.

We use the big black clunker in the backyard. No way that it is making it to the Fort! :)
