Reccomendation on Invitations

Hi All- I was wandering around online and came across Impressions Custom Disney Invitations. I had them send me some samples of the cutom ones. They only sent me ones within my budget and I found one I love.

Have any of you guys used them? Any feedback? They have been a little slow to respond, but have been super nice and helpful when they do. I have a December wedding so I am not exactly in a rush either. And I really like that they didn't try to include samples that were out of my budget like some places do to try an get you to upgrade.

Any feedback would be appreciated!

I used impressions for my invitations, I wanted the custom disney ones at first but I ended up not having time to order them when my date got moved up. These are mine:

They were really beautiful and Shelley with Impressions was awesome and really sweet. You should totally go for the custom invites!

We are going with Shelly --- she sent us a sample of our custom invites and totally fell in love --- :lovestruc

She is a little high priced then others I have researched but Shelly is so personable and I love what she came up with..

We used Impressions and where not happy. Poor communication, overpriced and our invitations ended up going out late…..I know others have had a decent experience but i can not recommend them

I also used Impressions. I was satisfied with their work. Initially they sent us someone elses ribbon... and then the invites were the wrong typeset and size, but they knew before I did that they were wrong... cause DF had them in Omaha and I'm in Ontario. By the time I got to Omaha a week after the issue had been brought to my attention, the right invites were there. I think that their Mickey Programs are a little overpriced, but otherwise, I really liked their work. I am going to use them to make the placecards, table name cards, and menus to match the invites.
