Question about accessories

Donald Duck is my favorite character. I found toasting glasses, cake topper, knife caker servers, etc. with Donald Duck and I really wanted to get them but I didn't know if there was a way to get them to the appropriate people in Disney to set up. How did you all get your cake toppers, glasses, etc. to someone to set up. Did you send them down ahead of time, bring them to the baker, reception set up people that day?? Help!

It's really easy! You just give them to your Wedding Planner a few days before your wedding. We didn't even have to meet with ours - we just dropped off a box full of stuff (cake topper, knife, guest book, etc.) at Franck's the Saturday before our Monday wedding.

I just let my planner know ahead of time what I would be bringing and she had my DH bring stuff over in the limo the morning of the ceremony since the men arrived at the location first.

Oh that is great! Thanks guys! I will get there on Saturday and my wedding is Monday. I didn't know that I could drop it off on Saturday. I will be staying at the Floridian so it works out perfectly. Thank you so much! This makes me happy!!!

Does the Planner do this for Escape weddings as well or just Wishes weddings?
