We didn't get to have our ceremony at SBP but we had it in the Marvin Garden's Ballroom at the Boardwalk and it was GORGEOUS how they had it decorated. I think I liked it even better than SBP! The rain stopped in time for the reception and dessert party so it was perfect plus the rain made for some gorgeous pictures! Thank you everyone for your sweet comments!!!!! We are having a great time on our honeymoon. Right now Bobby is visiting with his best man at ASMovies so I have some time to play online. Vendor Reviews

I am finally home from our honeymoon and ready to start my TR!

My laptop is not able to pick up on the internet right now so I am using my DH's laptop which has none of my pictures on it so until he gets my laptop working I will start off with the vendor review portion of my TR.

Thanks to the suggestions of you lovely ladies on the disboards, I found my vendors and I can't say I was unhappy with anyone. I will grade them from an A+ which will be the highest mark to an F. So here we go!


Bill Barchick, Wedding Consultant DFTW.....A+

I loved Bill. I thought he was a great guy and very friendly. I got responses from him asap by mail and by phone. He always had thorough responses for me as well. At my planning session Bill took me around to visit the sites I chose and he was so funny. My family and I that went to the planning session had such a great time. If you have Bill as your consultant you will love him!

Celeste DeCicco, Wedding Planner DFTW......A+

I absolutely adored Celeste! She was the best thing that happened to me for this wedding, well besides Bobby..lol. Celeste was very prompt with all of her emails and phone calls. She helped me out so much and changed around so many things when I asked her to never giving me any grief. She had wonderful suggestions and put my mind at ease. When we dropped off the wedding stuff two days before the wedding I was already voicing my anxiety about the rain and she assured me that everything would work out fine and I had nothing to worry about, she was totally right. Also, I never felt like anything I asked for wouldn't be done. I felt totally secure that Celeste had everything organized and under control for me. The last minute change to the Marvin Gardens Ballroom for the ceremony was wonderful and Celeste knew how nervous I was about it. Also, I pretty cool sidenote, when I went to my planning session, I asked to taste the creme brulee which is my favorite dessert. I wanted to add it to my dessert party but Bobby just couldn't justify the cost (men) so I wasn't able to have creme brulee at the dessert party. :sad2: Well, when it came time for the dessert party one of the waiters came up to me and said I had a special surprise from Celeste. It was my own personal creme brulee because she knew I loved it and really wanted it! I was so excited and it made me happy to know she remembered something like that! Celeste was a dream come true.

Rose Dizon, Disney Floral.......A+

Rose was fantastic. At the planning session she knew exactly what I was looking for and we took off from there. She had her binder of ideas ready to go and she just threw out so many ideas that I loved. It was like she was reading my mind. She even joked with me at my color choices. I had different shades of pink and she said my wedding reminded her of Steel Magnolias with the blush and bashful colors Julia Roberts had for her wedding. :lmao: My floral was amazing! I loved my bouquet, my MOH's bouquet was beautiful and all of the ceremony and reception floral and decor was exactly what I envisioned. I couldn't believe how beautiful they made that ballroom for my ceremony. It was so beautiful that I was actually glad my wedding wasn't at SBP...lol. Crazy I know but I think I liked the ballroom better. I found it amazing that they still took everything I wanted done at SBP and still did it in the ballroom.

Amy, photographer DFTW..............A+

Ok so I haven't seen the pictures yet, at least online but I did see some on the camera. YES! I was actually shown the pictures as we went along which is something that I have heard some brides didn't get to do. Amy was fabulous! She was so friendly, very funny and you could tell she loved what she did. She did take pride in her work. She seemed very interested in the pictures, the poses and everything. We started at 5am and didn't stop until 7:30 and that is ONLY because Bobby and I had to go back to the resort to get ready for a breakfast ADR...lol. Amy wanted to keep going. She did some experimental shots which I am excited to see. She did show us some of the shots she did and they looked beautiful on the camera! We really liked Amy and I will be sure to post a link to the pics once I recieve it. I know I won't be disappointed!

Misty Miotto and Nelio Miotto..........A+

Oh what can I say about Misty and Nelio! Bobby and I LOVED them. Her pictures were fantastic and that is just going off of what she showed us on her camera after she took a few shots. From the second she stepped into my room in the morning until the end of the night she took tons and tons of pictures and took the most creative shots. She was actually pretty shocked with me because the whole day I was like lets go outside I will stand in the rain I don't care...LOL. Even before the ceremony I was standing out in the rain posing for shots. My dress was soaked but luckily it dried quick...lol. What impressed me the most was that after our dessert party, we ran around Epcot getting some shots in the countries and Bobby asked if they could go back to our resort (Wilderness Lodge) to take some pics. They were really excited about it and had no problem. I think she stayed until 11 or 11:30 at night taking pics. Some of the best pics were taken at the Wilderness Lodge. I can't wait to see them all. She made my pictures beautiful even with the horrible weather! Nelio was so sweet and they were both hilarious. Bobby especially liked Nelio. They were having a great time joking around with each other. Misty also touched up my makeup for me before the dessert party and repaired my ripped bustle! She can do it all!!

Stan and Bonnie, STVS Video.............A+

Bobby and I also loved Stan and Bonnie! Stan from the beginning was so great to talk to. I think our initial phone call lasted 1 hour just trying to figure out what I wanted and the different things he could do for me which I thought was great that he took that time to help me out. We opted for a pretty extensive package involving a courtship story, the webcasting and a full days shoot. The courtship story was actually taped on a seperate day after the wedding at the Poly and Magic Kingdom. Bonnie was so sweet and so helpful when I had questions through email and by phone and Stan is a true professional and knew exactly what to do and when to do it. I actually didn't even know he was at the wedding since he was not intrusive at all. We were able to watch our sneak peek at the reception which was so beautiful it made me cry..lol. Stan and Bonnie were super friendly and so much fun to be around. I highly recommend the webcasting. Apparently we broke a record by having 78 computers tuned into our wedding which we later found out at about 15 people around each computer so we had well over 100 people watching. If you can't have your family come down to the wedding, webcast it! It is well worth the money!!!

Ana and Lilly, Beaute Speciale............A+

Ana and Lilly were hilarious and the sweetest. I was so nervous before the wedding and that morning they put me at ease. We had so much fun talking about the news and what was on tv which happened to be Family Feud..LOL. They did such a great job on my hair and makeup as well as my MOH's hair and makeup and my mom's makeup. My hair and makeup held up in the pouring rain taking pictures for about 2 hours before the wedding never budging or smearing. They did my hair exactly how I wanted it and the makeup came out beautiful. My hair and makeup even lasted overnight and looked exactly the same the next day for my Magic Kingdom Photos. They gave me touch ups of the foundation, blush and lipstick also and sealed the makeup with a spray so it wasn't going anywhere. I had false lashes as well and they lasted until the next day as well. I am so glad we had them both and I would use them again for any special event.

Men's Warehouse Tuxes...............A+

Using Men's Warehouse in Winter Garden was so easy. I must have recieved 7 phone calls in the 2 months leading up to the wedding giving me updates as to who was fitted, who paid, etc. Then the week before the wedding they called me to confirm everything the men were wearing and their sizes. Men's Warehouse gives you the option of either them delivering the tuxes or you can go to the store to try them on. Bobby and the guys opted to just go there but my dad couldn't go so Bobby had to pick up his tux. Well the guys apparently gained weight since there fitting and needed new sizes in their vests and pants which were easily changed my MW. My dad, who couldn't go obviously couldn't try on his vests and all so they sent extra pieces for my dad in different sizes just in case what he ordered didn't fit him anymore. Well everything fit perfectly and they picked up the tuxes at the Wilderness Lodge the next day. Communication was excellent with MW and they are experienced with Disney weddings so I highly recommend them.

He is simply adorable. There was only one small reason I didn't give him a plus sign and it was probably more me than him but the whole communication issue in the beginning kind of freaked me out since I did not hear much from him and when I did they were sort of generic kind of automatic responses but boy let me tell you when it was coming up closer to the wedding I heard from him loud and clear! I think the day before I left for Disney I talked to him 5 times just clearing up everything for the wedding and going over what I wanted. He was so funny at the rehearsal and everyone loved him. He directed us very well and we knew exactly what we were doing that day although he was there to steer us in the right direction then as well. It was a beautiful ceremony, he added a little humor to it which was great for easing nerves and the guests all loved him. If you are afraid of what you hear about communication with him, don't fret like I did because he is on top of his game.

I can't really give them a plus because I didn't end up using them. I had scheduled them to steam my dress, my mom's dress and my MOH's gown but when we got to Florida our dresses didn't need it so I canceled them the day before the wedding..lol. BUT when I did speak with them they were very helpful, I had great communication and I am sure they would have done a wonderful job!

Day 1, January 31st, 2009 (PART 1)

Oh that dreaded Airplane!!!

Well day 1 was a very interesting day. It was the day we left. As you all know, I have a horrible fear of flying. Well the night before I threw a huge anxiety fit. I was having panic attacks left and right. I did not think I was going to make it. I told Bobby that I just couldn't fly down and that we would just get married here in New Jersey. Poor Bobby had to deal with all of my anxiety, crying, complaining. It was bad. So around midnight on the 30th Bobby went to his house and I tried to stay awake but ended up falling asleep with my laptop on my lap and me sitting up in bed. I woke up at around 3am and thought to myself oh no Bobby is going to be picking me up soon I really don't want to do this. The thing with me is that if I don't feel like I have an out or another option it makes me even more nervous. Well Bobby came and told me that he told his mom (who we were flying out with) that if I couldn't get on the plane we would just drive down. Well hearing that made me feel better.

It took a ton of pressure off of me so we headed to the Atlantic City Airport. not to mention the 2 xanax pills I had taken! :rotfl: I actually like this airport because its small and at 5am it is not crowded. So we went through the check in line. I checked one of my suitcases and it was 50 pounds. :lmao: They told me that if I didn't lose some stuff in it when I returned they would charge me $50.00. Whatever. Stupid airline. So we went through security and everything was good. As soon as we got up to the gate the were calling for boarding which was nice because I hate to wait around. Well I went to grab my boarding pass and it was missing!! :scared1: I started freaking out. I was like omg I came to this stupid airport to fly on a stupid plane and now I can't even get on!!! So we went to the woman boarding the plane and she told me to go in the back of the line and then they would process me last. While waiting in line, a security guard went up to the boarding woman and then I heard my name called. He found my boarding pass! :woohoo: I apparently left it in the security check line. So we boarded the plane in what is Spirit Airlines equivolent of first class (just big seats) and off we went.

I grabbed onto Bobby's arm as we took off squeezing the life out of him and stayed that way until we were told we could turn on electric devices. So I laid my head on his lap and watched Mama Mia on my Ipod. Actually I didn't really watch it. It was more listening while attempting to sleep. Didn't happen. I kept my eyes closed and when I felt turbulence I just thought to myself "Just pretend its a bumpy road and you are in a car". That actually worked out pretty good. I knew how long the movie was that I was listening to and I could hear that it was getting toward the end so I kept thinking ok that means we should be in Florida soon since it only takes about 2 hours to get there from Jersey. Well before the movie was even over they announced we would be landing. :yay: :yay: I sat up and started looking out the window and finally felt calm enough to take a few pics. In my picture you can really see how stressed out and funky I looked. :lmao:

So we finally landed and to my surprise, Bobby hates landing. He wouldn't talk to me until the plane hit the ground. Weird. Why woudl you be afraid of landing? Thats my favorite part! I was very proud of myself for doing it. I am now happy to report that I am over my fear. I still don't like it but lets just say there won't be any panic attacks before a flight.

So we get to the airport in Orlando and go to pick up our luggage which went smoothly. Then we went to find the darn Alamo rental car location. It took us a while but we finally found it. We were directed to the mid-size cars that we paid for and I picked this one.

So Bobby started packing it up with my 50 pound luggage, his mom's luggage, his luggage and my nephew's luggage. Oh yeah my nephen flew down with us also. I forgot about him! :lmao:

This was only a bit of our luggage so obviously this wasn't working. We thought my nephew could hold his bag in the back seat with him but....well....as you can see that didn't work out.

So behind us we saw a line of SUV's and his mom offered to pay the difference and so we rented this Nissan Rogue. I actually loved this car! I am thinking of getting one myself.

So Bobby was programming the Garmin GPS device and I didn't have an address for the All Star Movies (where we were dropping his mom off at). So we started typing in Walt Disney World and the Polynesian came up so I said here Bobby just put that in and then I will know where to go from there so we did. It said it would take us 10 minutes to get there which I thought was strange since I knew Disney was further than 10 minutes from the airport. Well we followed the directions and as I looked around I knew it wasn't right. We get to our "destination" and it was a dead end with an office building at the end of the street. Obviously this wasn't it. I told Bobby to find something else and we found Lake Buena Vista Boulevard so I said yeah go there! We ended up on I-4 and followed the signs. Finally we saw the best signs ever!!!

I love the landing!! Taking off is horrible! I am good once we are up there I just hate getting up there!

Day 1, Part 2 (January 31, 2009)
What's so GRAND about the Grand Floridian??

Ok so lets finish up the first day. So we finally made it to Disney with no help from the Garmin and headed over to the All Star Movies where Bobby, his mom, brother, sister in law, best man and his wife were all staying. There were actually alot of guests staying there but I won't name everyone. Bobby dropped me, my nephew and his mom off at the lobby and him and his best man Dave left to go to MW Tux in Winter Garden.

So we all congregated in the lobby while his mom and brother checked in. After waiting around and chatting it up with everyone they all decided they wanted to hit a park since they weren't going to be staying for long that week. I didn't want to activate my annual pass until Bobby did so I decided to head over to the Grand Floridian where I was meeting up with my parents who were still driving down to Orlando. So we all hopped on a bus to MK where they all went into the park and me and my nephew got on the monorail. My nephew was also meeting up with his dad and sister here who drove down with my parents.

Yay my first monorail ride of the trip!!! I love the monorail! Of course I had to recite the "please stand clear of the doors" speech which my nephew thought was crazy but I HAVE to do it every time!

Ok so we arrived at the Grand Floridan. This was my first time ever staying at the GF but not my first time inside. I adore the lobby. I think its beautiful but....well more on that later.

So I called my mom and told her that we were in the lobby at GF. They still had about an hour or so left until they arrived so I decided I was hungry and needed food!!! My nephew and I headed over to Gasparillas to eat.

We sat outside and it was chilly!!!! I was hoping it wouldn't be cold on my wedding day but from reports I saw it would be warm...but rainy...grrr.

So I decided to watch 13 Going on 30 on my ipod as I tried to stay awake sitting on one of those comfy sofas in the lobby. Just as I was about to nod off my mom came in! Finally they were going to check in! So my dad checked in and the room wasn't ready. Bobby had called me in the meantime and said he had the tuxes, everything was fine and he is heading over to GF to give me my bags and he also wanted to go with me to Francks to bring all of the wedding stuff over which my Aunt and Uncle were transporting from New Jersey.

So Bobby came over and I went with him to the car to get my stuff. This was around 2:30. I had to go over to Francks and meet up with Celeste at 3:00 and I still hadn't heard from my aunt. So I gave her a call and asked where she was. She was staying at a time share off property. Her room wasn't ready and they were sitting around. I said well when are you coming to bring the stuff. She said well do I really have to bring it over today? Um YES! Hello I have been telling you that you have to bring me the stuff by 3 for like months now!!! Ughhh what is wrong with people! That was a slight bridezilla moment for me. So after that phone call Bobby tried to calm me down and we decided to walk over to Francks. I showed Bobby around since he couldn't go during the planning session and introduced him to Celeste. We had a great time chatting and looking at all the beautiful displays they had up at the time that weren't there when I was there in June! Loved everything. So my aunt and uncle finally pull up with the boxes and start unloading then all my cousins pop out of the truck which I have to say reminded me of the Clampetts from the Beverly Hillbillies but...anyway. I have Celeste the card and visa gift card we had bought for her and told her we would see her the next day for rehearsal.

So we got back to GF and it was time to go to the room. We were in the Sago Cay building. I was excited to finally see a GF room!!!

Ok so maybe I built up the GF a little more than I should have or I don't know but I wasn't impressed with the GF. Don't get me wrong its a cute place and all but compared to places like the Poly and WL I just didn't feel like WOW!. Like the Poly to me, you really feel like you are in Hawaii, the WL just looks so impressive with interesting features and craftsmenship. Even the Boardwalk is impressive because you really feel like you are at the Jersey shore (that coming from a Jersey girl) but the GF just seemed like another hotel. Not to mention it felt kind of snooty there. It wasn't relaxing. Still pretty though.

So Bobby left and went back to ASMovies and my parents decided to go out to dinner so I was in the room alone which I loved. I was going to try and take a nap but that didn't happen so I decided to lay out all my wedding stuff and let my dress breathe! LOL.

I do! I actually just booked our next vacation today for Bay Lake Towers DVC! The GF is a beautiful resort but it just didn't wow me like the others.

Aww that is so sweet! A wishes cruise sounds so nice but my DH could never handle it. He gets motion sickness pretty bad. GF was nice just not my style.

I heard that water pageant every night when we stayed at the WL! Its so loud!! I couldn't see it though behind the trees but I certainly heard it! I agree that its not really a bridezilla moment. I think that would have annoyed anyone!

I loved that circus tent that was so cool. I am kind of glad the dessert party food got moved inside. I will tell you the rain really worked out well for us. It was a blessing in disguise!

Thank you Maure! After the fireworks were done, Misty asked the guide if we could just run over to France to take a quick picture. But we ended up going to China and then Italy..lol. The guide came after us and said I thought you were just going to France but he was laughing he was a great guy. The poor guests were sitting on the bus while we were taking pics but I didn't care they could wait! The pics in England were taken before the fireworks started.

That was actually taken at the Wonders of Life Pavilion in Epcot. Since there was a chance of rain at night for our dessert party, they did want to risk putting the desserts outside so we had it in there instead. Then we went outside for the fireworks. It was pretty cool in there. It looked like a circus!

Day 2, February 1, 2009Rehearsal and Bridal Tea Party

Well we are on day 2! This day is loaded with fun activities so here we go.

Today we had rehearsal at SBP scheduled for 10:00 a.m. I was pretty excited. This would be the first time Bobby would see SBP other than in pictures. It was a nice day. A little cloudy in the morning but it cleared up after a while. Here are some pictures I took when I woke up.

Let me backtrack to the first day real quick. The first day, at night, my Aunt called my mom and asked if we could pick up my cousin (MOH) at their apartment on the rehearsal morning or else they wouldn't be able to take her to the rehearsal because they had to sit through a time share presentation so that they could get money off of their park tickets. WHAT?!!!!! Are you insane? First of all, we are super busy with organizing things, etc. Second, they are at Westgate and we just didn't have the time. Why can't you take my MOH to the GF so that we can go the the rehearsal. She HAS to go to the rehearsal! This was the same aunt that wanted to know if she could drop off the favors another time. Ugh...anyway, it turned out they would take her to the GF and then me, her and my parents would all go over to the rehearsal. This type of thing kind of became the theme of the week until everyone went home and Bobby and I were alone!

So while we were waiting for my cousin to arrive, my parents and I took the opportunity to take some pics around GF.

So we waited, and waited and waited some more and finally at 10:00 my cousin arrives. Yep, the time my rehearsal was supposed to start! :headache: What is wrong with people!!! So we jumped in my parents car and sped off to the Boardwalk. On the way I received a phone call from Bobby asking where I was. Bobby, his brother, mother and sister in law were waiting together in the Boardwalk lobby. Oh and that is another thing. Bobby's brother was walking his mom down the aisle and my brother was supposed to walk my mom down the aisle. Well my brother felt that the rehearsal wasn't important enough to attend that he decided to take a tour of Orlando instead of attending the rehearsal. Bobby was fuming from this. Ah well. What can you do.

So we finally arrived and I said alright lets go!!!! So we get there and I spot Celeste and Rev. Jack chatting. Rev. Jack was adorable!!!! He had a strong southern accent which I loved. He was so sweet. I apologized to them but they didn't care one bit. They said oh well it happens all the time! i was so happy to hear that!

This was the day that Bobby and I first wore our wedding ears. We made Bobby's visor because the top hat didn't fit. I think the visor was more his style. He had the visor made at the mall and we ripped the ears off of the top hat and sewed them onto the visor. A little crooked but it worked. He received a ton of compliments so I guess they looked good enough.

The rehearsal went very smooth. We went over the ceremony twice so we knew what we were supposed to do. Rev. Jack was excellent. He was so funny! He directed us perfectly and we had no problems the wedding day. He is great and I highly recommend him!!!! If only I knew this would be the only time we would be at SBP. :sad2: Well that was it for the rehearsal! I gave Bobby a kiss. Our last kiss before we get married! :banana: Then it was off to the tea party!!!!!!!!!!

I was really excited about the tea party!! I had never had or been to a tea party so it was something that I had always wanted to do. Besides, it gives you a great excuse to wear a big hat!

So I told all the women to meet us in the GF lobby. My niece, cousin, mom and I took some pics in our room first before we headed down to the lobby.

Then we headed down to the lobby and met up with the rest of the women.

We were taking pictures in the lobby with everyone and then the staff at the GF that happened to be walking by offered to take a group shot for us!

So when we were taking the pictures, not realizing the time of course, the hostess of the Gardenview room came up and said are you the bridal party that has a reservation? I said yes. She said well you are kind of late so maybe you should all start coming over now. Oh and I see you are holding a gift, you know you can't exchange gifts here. Umm yeah I am well aware of that. I thought she was a bit rude. I mean we were only 5 minutes over the time we were supposed to be there. Geez.

Anyway, we were all seated and I loved this place!!! It was beautiful! The china was gorgeous! It was very elegant. I loved the whole atmosphere! Our waitress came out. She was so sweet. She handed us all a tea menu. I had already selected the food everyone was getting before. I chose the Buckingham Palace meal which is $19.50 per person. For the kids I choses the Mrs. Potts meal which was $10.50 per child.

I picked the Gardenview Blend since it is their signature tea and I heard it was yummy. Pretty much everyone picked the Gardenview Blend. Then the waitress came out and started pouring the tea. It was really cute.

While were waiting for the food to come out, my Godfather stopped by. I hadn't seen my Godfather since I was like 5 or 6 so I was excited to have him come down for my wedding. He had an old Disney postcard that I had sent him when I was about 4 thanking him for the stuffed dog he sent to me. I didn't ever remember doing it but I thought it was awesome that he saved it! Then he gave me a Lady stuffed animal! I thought it was really sweet that he did that!!

So the food finally came!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! First was a selection of tea sandwiches. There was a watercrest sandwich, egg salad, chicken salad and a pear and cheese sandwich. I thought the watercrest sandwich would be gross but it ended up being my favorite!!!!!! I actually loved all of the sandwiches except the chicken salad. There was something about it that didn't taste good. The little onion tart that came with it was so good!!!!!!! I wanted to run and take everyones off their plates and eat it myself. :rotfl:

Next was the scone and cherry tart. They served a type of whipped cream to put on the scone which was so good! The tart was good but it was SOOO sweet. So sweet that it got kind of gross. I couldn't finish eating it. The scone was great though!!

At this point, much to my surprise I was full! I didn't think this would fill me up but it did. It filled up everyone. They couldn't believe how much food we were getting. It wasn't over.........I made room for this!

I LOVE STRAWBERRIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was so good!!!! Now I was STUFFED!

So the bag or "gift" as the hostess called it had my favors in it. I snuck one out to take a picture but it didn't turn out so good.

Everyone raved about them which made me happy. They LOVED the tea party. The thought it was a great thing for me to do for them. It made them feel special which made me feel happy that I made them feel that way. It was the least I could do after they all traveled down to my wedding. :hug:

I give the Gardenview Room at the GF an A. I would have given them an A+ but their nasty hostess took away their +. If you can do it, I would highly recommend a tea. Not only is does it make your guests feel special but ITS FUN!!!!

So after the tea. Everyone said their goodbyes and my mom, niece and I sat in the lobby waiting for my dad. He was waiting to meet up with my other brother, sister in law and nephew who were flying down that day and staying at the GF. While we sat in the lobby, the band started playing. They were so good!!

They finally arrived. So we said our hellos and my parents decided to go to dinner while my niece and I went back up to the room to chill.

We were waiting for Wishes to start so we could go down to Sago Cay and watch.

Now, my Aunt and cousin were SUPPOSED to sleep over that night since it was the night before the wedding and Ana was coming early to do our hair and makeup. Well it was around 7pm and I hadn't heard from them so I gave my Aunt a call to see where they were. Here is what the conversation went like.

Me: Hey where are you guys at?
Aunt: Oh we are out eating.
Me: Oh, well is Dani with you too?
Aunt: No she is home. She is really sick.
Me: What do you mean she is sick?
Aunt: Oh she has a fever and she has been sleeping for hours now. She can't even get up.
Me: Oh ok. Well if she is that sick and she can't make it to the wedding I really need to know.
Aunt: Well I am going to buy her some Nyquil and see how she is.
Me: Ok well call me later. Bye

OMG!!!! My MOH has a fever and can't even get out of bed the night before my wedding!!!! WHAT! So I am trying to think. Ok well my niece has a dress in my color so maybe she can be my MOH if my cousin is too sick to come out. I was totally freaking. I didn't have a clue what to do. So I tried to call my cousin. No answer. Ok trying to stay calm! Not working too well but trying! Called again 15 minutes later. She answered!! Here is the conversation:

Me: Hey sicky whats up?
Cousin: Im fine. Whats up?
Me: I thought you were sick?
Cousin: Well I went back to the room and didn't feel good but I think I was just tired and needed sleep. I feel fine. Why?
Me: Well your mom just told me you were on your deathbed practically with a fever.
Cousin: I don't have a fever. I feel fine. What is she talking about?
Me: I don't know she told me you were really sick.
Cousin: Oh I think she just did that because she didn't want to stay over your place tonight.
Me: Umm. Ok. Thats fine. Why didn't she say that instead of telling me you were sick!
Cousin: Who knows. She is nuts.
Me: Umm ok well I am going now. You guys have to be here by 8am tomorrow.
Cousin: Ok sounds good. See you tomorrow. Bye

WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RULE #1 of weddings, don't tell a bride her MOH is super sick the day before her wedding unless she REALLY is sick. I am speechless still. At least it all worked out. Besides it was close to 8pm now. Time for Wishes!

Then we went to Sago Cay and watched. The view here is fantastic! There was a big crowed watching. Some poor man fell down the steps and dropped his flatbread pizza all over. I felt bad for him but of course, my sick self laughed. Don't we all. Quietly of course! My Wishes pictures did not turn out very well but they are beautiful and I am sure you have all seen Wishes before so I will spare you my fuzzy pictures.

I am amazed myself!!!! LOL. Especially since I have anxiety but that is the funny thing about anxiety, you worry about stupid stuff instead of the things that you should actually worry about. :rotfl:

Well I would definitely recommend it even if its just for a few of you. Its alot of fun. You don't need to have a wedding to do it so I say if you have some extra money and want to splurge in Disney, go for the tea!! Our meal was $19.50 per person and you got alot of food!

Major Congrats!!! It's crazy that my wedding was just a few days after yours. I apologize that I'm not a very good blogger on here. In fact I'm probably the worst :laughing: , but once I receive my photos from Misty I too will do a TR all around her photos and our honeymoon pics from our camera. I just wanted to reach out to you and say that you looked amazing and I can't wait to see the rest of the photos.

You will love the tea! I found my hat on Ebay for $7.00! My MOH made hers. I am not sure where she bought it though.

That is correct! You can no longer have an outside photographer at any in park function. You can still do a wishes DP though since its at a resort but no illuminations. Only a Disney photographer can do it. :mad:

For the tea I covered everyone's bill but I have seen several girls who just paid for their bridal party or just had everyone cover themselves. I am guessing you can't distribute gifts because it is kind of small in there and it might be distracting. I just gave everyone their favor after the tea in the GF lobby!
