Yay I made it in time to still wait for the PS :lmao: It was funny when I was walking around on the broadwalk I was thinking of you and wonder how the PS went.
I think I have almost sold myself on SBP. It was just wonderful there. When we go for FD in Sept I am going to show it to dh. I hope he goes for it.

Day 4 PLANNING SESSION!! :yay:
Well this was the day I was waiting for, my planning session! I was so excited I had no problem waking up early! I checked the Disney bus schedule before we left for our trip and I noticed that the buses weren't going to be operating too early so we rented a car. We figured we would go to the Floridian early and have breakfast at 8 so we had the car pick us up at 7:30.
Here is me and my aunt waiting for the car. I don't know where my mom was at this time.

http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession179.jpg
We got to the Floridian and my cousin started taking pictures all over the place so somehow were weren't able to eat breakfast. I really can't remember what happened but I knew I was hungry so I wasn't too happy about that. While she was taking pictures I figured oh well I might as well so here is what I did. I love the Floridian.

http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession032.jpg
My mom had no idea where Francks and the Wedding Pavillion were so I had to take her to it. We walked from the Floridian over to Francks. It was about 8:30 and I didn't want to go in a half an hour early so we took of the wedding pavillion and Francks outside. My mom of course LOVED the wedding pavillion and said Toni why don't you get married here instead. NO MOM! Don't get me wrong I love it there but for the amount of guests I am having (33) it just seems so big. Anyway, here are some pictures I took around there while I was stalling.

So at around 8:45 we decided to go in. This place was so beautiful!!!

http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession190.jpg
Me anxiously awaiting Celeste!
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession196.jpg
So we were offered refreshments and me being the crazy girl I am requested a cook 9 in the morning. I love me some soda! I looked around at the centerpieces to see if there was anything that I liked to show the florist I saw something similar but I did have my pictures so I thought they would help. Then Celeste came! Celeste was the sweetest person ever!! She was so friendly and I instantly felt comfortable with her. We went into a room and started planning.
I felt like the planning went by so fast. Basically we went over how many guests I was having, timing, music selections, the buffet I wanted, transportation, entertainment. You know the basics. I pretty much had it down what I wanted so it flew by then it was time for the yummy ummy cake!! I can't tell you how happy I was to see this cake because I was STARVING!!!
Here is our yummy cake before....
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession198.jpg
We tasted the Yellow, Chocolate, Almond and Marble cakes. All of which were absolutely delicious. I have tasted other wedding cakes before and it was nothing like this stuff! For the filling they had the raspberry, citrus, chocolate, baverian creme, vanilla and some others. I was totally feeling the almond cake with the ameretto creme...oh yeah that was one of the others..lol. I thought it might be too strong for my guests though. I will tell you what I picked a little later. We were all over that tray and this is the after picture.
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession199.jpg
After we ate the cake Rose the florist came in. Again such a sweetheart. I loved her. She was so funny and we had a great time talking about what I wanted. Let me tell you, she can really pull a theme together. She incorporated my colors perfectly! (I will post those later too..lol). What we came up with was what I had in mind and I can't wait to see it!!!
Then before you know it....my time at Francks was over :-(

Your black and white bag is sooo cute! I notice bags and shoes, sorry! :rotfl:
I totally know what you mean about the wedding pavilion being so big for your guests. I'm having an escape and I know how you feel. I would have loved to been married there, just because of the view of the castle, but I love SBP soooo much and can't wait to have my wedding outdoors in December... I'm a Florida girl, so I knew my wedding was going to be outside to enjoy the weather... :cross fingers: hopefully no rain! ::yes::
Can't wait for more!!!!!!!!!!! I can't wait to see pics of floral!

DAY 4 continued....
Ok so after we were done with Rose we were looking at all of the things in Francks. My aunt will be getting me the guest book displayed at Francks with the crystal and pearl mickeys. I wish I took a picture darn it! While I was looking at this stuff a very tall man called out my name. I looked and it was Bill my sales manager!!! I had thought our site visit would be after the tasting at the Boardwalk but it turns out it was now...lol. So we all hopped in Bill's car and went to the locations. Bill was so cute! I loved him. First of all I had NEVER been to the Boardwalk resort. My theory of this resort was that ahh I am used to seeing boardwalks all the time since I am not far from the famous Jersey shore so a boardwalk is like old news to me...BOY WAS I WRONG!!! The resort put Jersey to shame!!..lol.
Our first stop was my ceremony location SBP. I tried to take as many pictures as I could for Bobby since he couldn't go. This place was absolutely gorgeous!!! I couldn't imagine having my ceremony anywhere else! Here are some of my pictures.

This is the bridge that goes to the back entrance of Epcot.
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession214.jpg
It will be beautiful here!! I can't wait! After that we walked along the boardwalk and I was amazed at how beautiful everything was so, of course, I took pictures!!

http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession218.jpg
Then we went to the Lobby of the Boardwalk so that Bill could get the key to the Attic. We sat in the Lobby and waited for him.
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession222.jpg
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession221.jpg
I am just sitting here thinking oh many why didn't I stay here!!! :lmao:
So Bill came and we took the elevator up into the hotel. I believe he said this is one way guest could come, either this way or from the stairwell. The bride and groom definitely take the elevator and have to walk through the hallways of the resort to get to the Attic. That was fine with me.
Now let me start off by saying I was totally skeptical of this location. My DF loved it but I was not at all sold. I was thinking that it was too cheesy and granny looking and really wanted a ballroom somewhere, well that all changed when I stepped into this place my face was like... IT WAS FABULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hear this everyone...THE ATTIC IS FABULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't be a skeptic like me!! :rotfl2: Here are some pictures that I took and by the way, Lurkyloo is so right, the floors are super shiny!!!!!

http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession228.jpg
The views were great!! You could see spaceship earth from inside and outside of the Attic. If you are having around 30 or so people...this is the place to go!!

Well after the Attic it was time to go to the DP location the Lower UK. It was so much fun riding behind the countries to get there. Bill took us in the way we would on that night. I love how you walk through the crowd!! I am such a ham! I loved the lower UK! Bill said that this is the only country where you can see almost ALL of the countries. You are right there and you have a spectacular view of everything! There is plenty of room. Here are some more pictures!

Then it was time to leave so Bill could take us back to the Boardwalk for the tasting. Before we left I took a picture of Bill. Now let me tell you this man is tall!! I am 5'8 so look at us standing next to each other!

DAY 4 Continued.......
So we sat around the Lobby and waited for the tasting session. While we were waiting guess what I did.....TOOK PICTURES!!!!...LOL
My mom just looks so excited.
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession251.jpg
This roller coaster was cool!
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession252.jpg
It was LUCY THE ELEPHANT!!!
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession253.jpg
So while we were sitting here some kids were next to us, well behind that rollercoaster playing Jenga. This is supplied by the resort I guess to occupy the kids while waiting for the rooms. This wasn't your normal Jenga game with the small blocks...no these were huge. These things would get so tall, now when you have a bunch of big blocks piled high in a large lobby with super high ceilings, you are gonna have some major noise. EVERY TIME that stupid tower of Jenga blocks would fall we would all jump out of our seats. It sounded like one of the Disney buses was plowing through the walls. Anyway it was close to our tasting time so we asked for directions of the Convention center and we were on our way. When we walked in they had the screen of daily events going and that is when I saw my name in lights...LOL.
(DELETED)
I LOVED seeing my name!! Oh yeah and Bobby's too...lol. I sent a picture to BObby on his cell and he cried about how his name is last and mine is first. He said WHY IS YOUR NAME FIRST? IM THE MAN! I said well IM THE BRIDE and that is much more important than being a MAN...lol.
Then I saw our names again showing us the room we would be having our tasting in.
(DELETED)
And then here was the room.
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession257.jpg
I saw several napkin folds on the table and I had to pick one.
This one was ok it looked like a shell or something but I have seen this in so many restaurants and it didn't do anything for me.
This one looked like a banana being peeled. Again didn't do anything for me. when I got home however and showed bobby the pics this is the one he liked. He hated my decision but I said oh well.
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession261.jpg
This is the fold I picked. Its called Bird of Paradise.
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession260.jpg
So then the food came out. This is where I let you guys down. I was so interested in eating that I forgot to take some pictures!!
Here are the ones that I took.
Unfortunately I forgot to take this picture until after I took some bites of the food. This is the Pineapple Mahi Mahi and the Parmesan Crusted Chicken.
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession262.jpg
This was so good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The sauces on the fish was some kind of vanilla bean something or other but it was so good and I don't even like fish...lol. The Parmesan crusted chicken was EXCELLENT!!!
Then I was thinking of adding creme brulee to my DP because its my favorite so I requested to taste it.
It was soooo Good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ate the whole darn thing.
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession263.jpg
Now let me tell you this tasting was awkward. It is hard to eat with people staring at you. Basically I took a few bites of everything and then didn't eat anymore. The creme brulee was something I had no problem eating though :lmao: I decided against the Creme brulee and am adding something else.
Well we had a great time with Chef Joe, Celeste and our server Shelly. I was sad to leave but before I did I took a picture with them. Celeste is next to me, then Chef Joe and then Shelly.
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession264.jpg
And that my friends was the end of my planning session. :( I was sad to see it end but that was just one step closer to marrying my prince!
Now I will finally tell you all my plans and details and list my BEO.

Here are my colors.

http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/f.jpg
Now for my floral.
The altar at SBP will have tulleing like this:
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/SBP.jpg
The top floral will be pink roses and white and pink hydrangeas. Then where the two side floral clusters are, instead of flowers it will be silver bows.
Then I will have silver and pink ribbon on the railings going up SBP like this picture.
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/SeaBreezePoint1.jpg
The aisle will have different shades of rose petals scattered like this picture.
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/SeaBreezePointDECORATED.jpg
I will have silver bags of pink roses petals in different shades of pink and white.
On the altar we will have a memory vase for those who have passed way similar to this picture except they will be yellow roses.
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/FF51_c.jpg
I have upgraded the plastic chairs usually at SBP to the wooden folding chairs.
My centerpieces will be in square glass vases and have a mixture of pink and white roses with pink and white hydrangea. There will be clear glass marbles in the bottom. Similar to this picture.
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/Centerpieceidea4.jpg
I stuck with the white standard linens because I didn't want to much going on since the Attic is already decorated a lot.
For the DP all 11 centerpieces will be transfered over and a glowing light will be put under the glass marbles so that they will be glowing for the dessert party. Its a nice way to use the same centerpieces but make them look like they are different.
Here is my bouquet. It will have 12 mickey crystals. I think my ribbon will be silver..lol. I can't remember.
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/vmlcxzv.jpg
This is simiar to my Matron of Honor's Bouquet
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/uiohliugbk.jpg
Except instead of white hydrangea she will have pink like this and she will have it wrapped in silver ribbon.
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/53116.jpg
Here is the groom's boutinerre. (wow bad spelling)
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/jn.jpg
It will have mickey crystals.
THe Best man's and fathers.
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/kn.jpg
and here are the mother's and grandmother corsages except they will be in ivory.
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/corsage1.jpg
THe mothers will also be presented with pink roses with silver ribbon.

BEO
When I started reading the Disboards trying to figure out how a Disney wedding goes I really felt that it really helped to see the BEO's. That is why I am posting mine because I hope it helps someone. It does not include floral yet but when I get that I will post it.
Let me start off by saying that I was suprised at the planning session. You would think that they would try and sell you all the expensive things and make you spend huge amounts of money but they don't. My planner and the florist tried to find ways to get me what I wanted but in a cheaper way. They will really work with you girls!!! That being said here is my BEO.
Based on 33 guests:
Ceremony location: $1539
Violin $875
Cinderella's Carriage $2700
Limousine $282
Chartered Bus $976.50
Wedding Cake $479.25
Wedding Cake handling fee $100.64
6 Bottles of Sparkling Cider $177.83
31 Soft Drinks and Bottled Water for 4.5 hours $878.86
2 Vendor Meals $35.95
27 Glass Coach Buffet Dinners $3,792.50
4 Child Jaq and Gus Dinners $128.87
Donald Duck $800.00
Magic Kingdom Photo Session $1000.00
31 Illuminations Viewing Fees $427.54
1 UK Venue Fee $346.13
31 Desserts Created by you $1,078.60
31 Bananas Flambe $359.53
1 Outdoor Setup $79.88
TOTAL (without Floral) $16,058.56
I don't think this is bad AT ALL! I am very happy with the price. Bobby isn't but he will be fine..lol. He isn't keen on the bananas flambe so we may cut that. I hope not but who knows. :confused3
I hope this helps someone!

Hey you! We're having such similar SBP setups. :thumbsup2
Quick question though... you said you were upgrading to wooden folding chairs for SBP and on your BEO you had an outdorr setup fee... was that for the chairs or for something at the DP? I'm curious, because I'm not a big fan of the white chairs that come with SBP and I was adding chair covers, but if I can get the wooden chairs for less that would be great because then all I have to do is decorate the aisle chairs... Could you let me know the chair upgrade fee?
Finally I'd like to say hat everything looks great... your wedding will be beautiful! So excited for you! :hyper:

Actually the set up fee is for the DP. The set up fee is already included, from what I saw in the fee of SBP. The chair covers are 8.50 and the wooden chairs are 6.00. I saw a picture of them that rose had and they were really nice! I can't remember who it was but I believe another bride had them for her wedding at the Yacht Club.

HAHAH I know when I first heard about the boardwalk resort I was like, im never going to stay there. I am always at the Boardwalk up here so why would I stay at a resort that is supposed to look like a boardwalk. Well I was totally wrong! Jersey needs to go to Disney and take some lessons!!! :lmao: You know I was pleasantly surprised when I went there because you would think that a place like Disney would try and make your wedding a million dollars but its not like that at all. They know that girls really want to stay on budget and they find ways to give you what you want for a fraction of the cost!

Creme Brulee is the best!!! I am not having it though but the banana's and ice cream will be equally as good!! The WP is so beautiful. If I didn't want to get married outside so bad I would be all over that place!! The grounds are beautiful and the details they have there are spectacular!! You will have such a pretty wedding there!!

I love love love SBP too. I loved how when you walk into it you can smell all the gardenias. Too bad mine will be in December so we most likely wont have that lovely smell. :(
I am glad to see that none of your pictures have that yucky weather we ran into a fews days in them.

Aww thank you!!! I love creme brulee too!!! What is funny is that at the tasting it was kind of weird eating in front of the chef and wedding planner with them staring at you so I just took a few bites of all the food but boy when that creme brulee came out I ate the whole darn thing...:rotfl2:

You know that was one of my concerns. It just looked cheesy with the toys and stuff but I think that makes it so unique now. Its kind of like a theme already done up for you. I think that if you were to make a room up like that for a wedding anywhere else it would cost an arm and a leg. Its like a theme already started for you and you just have to flow with it. Thats why I am doing a shabby chic kind of theme. Aww it did smell so good at SBP!!! I wonder what kind of flowers, if any they would have in February. Since its warm enough there I would think they would have something?? Hmm....I will have to find out!

I have to say that I am quite confused. I am not sure if I should post the rest of my trip since the planning session portion is over. I don't want to be off topic with the wedding boards since this seems to be enforced now. Maybe I will just skip the rest of the trip and post some more wedding details instead.
I don't want to get in trouble on the boards by being off topic. :worried:
P.S. This is not in a sarcastic tone either. Just to clarify.

DAY 5~ Computer Pool and DTD
Well after the long planning session day we decided to take it easy so no park action today but we did do some fun things.
First, we decided to stay by the pool. Usually we went down to the Hippy Dippy Pool but there seemed to be a problem the night before. The Hippy pool was totally shut down. Nobody knows why but the pool was being guarded by the lifeguards all day and night and signs were around closing up the pool. The pool was closed for about 3 days. I can just imagine why they closed it which is totally gross and I will not go into it on here but I think you can imagine ;)
So we decided to go to the Computer Pool which is located between the 80's and 90's building. It was really cute around there. I am such a big 80's fan so I was having fun around there looking at all of the stuff around. Plus the 80's music was great!! Here are some pool pictures and around the pool.
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession268.jpg
I loved the 80's Building
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession274.jpg

http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession277.jpg
The Computer pool was ok but not as fun as the Hippy Pool. I never did find out what happened to the pool but maybe it was best that way!
I didn't stay at the pool that long because it was kind of cloudy so I wasn't going to be getting a tan and it was actually pretty boring so I went back to the room and watched tv where I saw this crazy appliance guy on television. It was like one long commercial. He was hilarious!!! I couldn't stop watching him. :lmao:
Anyway, my mom, cousin and aunt all came back from the pool but I was already showered and dressed to go to DTD. After about 3 hours of my cousin getting ready we finally left. While I was waiting I was checking out the weather and saw that storms were coming in the area. I tried to warn them all but nobody listened to me so off we went to DTD.
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession282.jpg
I was being obnoxious...:rotfl:

http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession284.jpg
Did I mention that I LOVE thunderstorms? Well I know my mom and she doesn't. She thinks that lighting will go around corners, underground, through the pipes and through the window just to find her and strike her. Dork. That's why I tried to warn them but nobody listened to Toni..noooooo.
Well the old ladies were hungry so we went to the Earl of Sandwich.
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession289.jpg
I didn't get anything to eat and I forgot what they got. I wasn't that hungry and I decided to wait until we got back to the resort to eat. They have some kind of little kitchen store attached to the Earl so I decided to go in there and look around. When I got up I saw super duper rain coming down from the skies...lol. I took pictures!!
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession291.jpg
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession292.jpg
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession295.jpg
I was loving this storm. The lighting was crazy and the thunder was so loud. I was having fun standing by the door of the kitchen store watching and taking my pictures. Thats when my entourage came into the store where I was. I bought these really cute red Mickey Dish Towels for my future kitchen since I was bored. Then I started getting stupid, which is what I do best.
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession294.jpg
My mom was NOT going out of the store with the storm going and this thing was lasting for so long so I said forget it and I went over to the Christmas Store and saw the wedding ornaments. I was going to buy some but I decided I wanted to wait for Bobby to do things like that. Aww what a great DF I am. :cutie:
Finally I told my mom look we cannot stand under this thing forever so we ran over to the dog store. I wanted to get over the the World of Disney so I said we can run over there because the rain is slowing up and I doubt you will get struck by lighting running over there. Somehow I convinced her but this was the result.......
Somehow my mom thought waiving her hands would protect her...lol
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession299.jpg
Well I went to town in this store...and to keep this wedding related I bought my little coffees and cocos for my favors. I will have pics of this later. I have to take pictures first. :lmao: I think the favors will be great if Bobby would just draw our picture already and get the stupid mugs done. I have to do EVERYTHING!!! LOL.
Anyway, I also bought Bobby some gifts. I got him a Mickey golf shirt to wear for our wedding trip since he will be golfing with the men. I could have spent hours here which we may have but then it was time to say good bye because I was getting tired and hungry. Tired + Hungry=Cranky Toni.
We hopped on the bus and it was leaking. So half of the seats were wet. It was actually pretty chilly on there too because we were soaked and the air was on below zero. Luckily my Aunt bought a blanket in DTD.
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession301.jpg
We got back to the room, I grabbed my cup and went straight for the food. As was my ritual on this trip, I got a hot dog. I think I ate hot dogs every night we were there and I have no clue why. I was hot dog obsessed. I wish I had one now!! I took a picture of it too. Perhaps I will frame my happy little hot dog picture!
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession302.jpg
Well that is the end of Day 5. It was pretty boring but Day 6 will be much better. We went to MGM..oops I mean Hollywood Studios!
UP NEXT DAY 6!...STAY TUNED!

Ohhh well I can see why you would be. I love them though. My mom is scared of everything. As far as my cousin, she gets a shower, then she comes out of the shower and washes her face in the sink which I don't understand why she didn't do that in the shower, then she drys her hair, then she curls her hair, sprays her hair, puts on make up, puts on here clothes, curls her hair more and sprays it more. Then when we are about to leave she checks the mirror again and sprays some more...LMAO :rotfl2:

I am having second thoughts over my New Jersey reception dress. I am thinking I want another. I sort of felt forced getting that one because my FMIL didn't think I should wear anything too dressy and my DF felt the same way. I just dont feel right in it at all. Don't be dissing my dress girl! But seriously, I totally understand your issues. It is a WAY different style than your wedding dress. I say if you're having second thoughts, find a different one! It wasn't that expensive, and you can always sell it on ebay or something. I think it would be good to wear your actual wedding dress!! Get as much use out of it as possible!!! Wear it around the house!!
Makes me think of that Friends episode where Rachel and Monica were just chillin on the couch in wedding dresses. :rotfl:

I wasn't into the idea of wearing my wedding dress again, but in the end after several requests from some of my cousins who weren't coming to Florida I wore it again (amidst objections from other family members who thought it would be too much!)
Guess what? Our guests loved it; I had so many people say that they were hoping I was going to wear my dress again and they were happy that they got to see me in it! I did end up changing into another dress towards the end of the reception, but I kept on my wedding gown for 75% of the evening. DH only wore a suit to the reception too, we had him wear a black suit and a white tie, so it was close to the tux he wore at the wedding.

She is paying for the reception, not the dress. You're not asking for uber expensive, overly elaborate centerpieces....you want to wear your wedding dress to your wedding reception. This is not a ridiculous request. If this reception was directly after your wedding...this wouldn't even be an issue. Why is it any different for an at home reception?? People who couldn't make it to the wedding will WANT to see you in your wedding dress!!
Do you need me to call your FMIL and tell her what's up??!!:maleficen

I would LOVE to wear my disney dress but my FMIL thinks it would be TOO much. Bobby is wearing a suit so I guess it would be but I still want something a little poofy...LOL. I am a big poofy dress kind of girl. :lmao:
As the french say, "wow le!". since when does the MIL get the final say in what YOU wear to your OWN reception? I say wear the disney dress! Wear it as many times as humanly possible. I'm not taking mine off for at least 3 days after I get married ;) Honey, you can;t wear something that you aren't going to be comfortable in. It's a joyous occasion and you need to be happy and mingle etc. you don't need to be worrying about hating the dress your MIL forced you to wear.

I think Vanessa made a great point. There will probably be a bunch of people hoping to see you in your wedding dress. I mean- Isn't that what you talk about before the ceremony starts? Wondering what the Bride looks like. I almost want an at home reception so I can wear my dress again. :)

Toni, you do what *you* want. If it were something that you didn't feel right doing (not based on other people's opinions), then I wouldn't. But if you want poof, do the poof!

Toni ~ I completely agree with everyone here! you do what you want to do. It is your wedding and I'm sure everyone who was unable to attend your ceremony will want to see you in the dress! So stand your ground on this! Don't let her make you feel bad for wearing your wedding dress to your wedding reception!

Thank you everyone for your sweet words. I am going to look for another dress but if I don't find anything I like I am just going to wear my Disney dress and they can deal. I don't mind getting another dress. I think its a fun idea to get to wear two dresses but I want it to be the one that I picked out instead of what they pick out.

If I can't find anything I am sticking with my first dress and they can deal. I will have pictures of this trip I am hoping! I don't know if Devil's Bridal lets you take pictures or not.

Now that is the weather I was talking about :) My mom decided she wanted to walk over to EPCOT for dinner and we didn't even make it into EPCOT through the gateway when it started pouring. Funny thing was my youngest fell asleep in her stroller with all the thunder and stuff. I told my mom that is my Texas baby for you it reminds her of home. LoL ;)
DAY 5~ Computer Pool and DTD
I was loving this storm. The lighting was crazy and the thunder was so loud. I was having fun standing by the door of the kitchen store watching and taking my pictures. Thats when my entourage came into the store where I was. I bought these really cute red Mickey Dish Towels for my future kitchen since I was bored. Then I started getting stupid, which is what I do best.

David's Bridal Shopping Trip!
Ok girls, big things happened today!!! So me, my mom, my aunt and my MOH (cousin) all went to David's Bridal. My MOH was supposed to be looking for a gown and I was going to get my New Jersey reception dress to replace the other one that I don't want now.
So, I had an appointment for 1pm and I have to say that the girls there were pretty nice. I filled out a paper and then they gave me this bag of goodies that had samples of like razors and toothpaste and coupons for home things. So then my sales lady showed me where all the simple dresses were and I started picking out dresses to try on. My MOH was helping me out while my mom was looking at all the bigger poofy, fancy dresses. Anyway, I started trying on several simple dresses. I didn't want to spend to much on a dress for the NJ reception but I didn't want a cheesy one either. I have a lot of problems trying on clothes because I am a very busty girl!!! I am like a 36DD and I tend to look off balance...LMAO. I also try to down play my bust whenever possible so I had that in mind. A lot of the dresses were low cut. Then some were very clingy and made me look like I had HUGE hips.
THen my mom came along with a nice simple A-Line gown. No train and it had a wrap waist. Of course mothers always know best and here is what I ended up with for my NJ reception.
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/ToniDanifunweekend045.jpg
I think this dress makes me look nice and thin which is great and it also makes my chest look smaller which is great.

Oh my god Toni, I am sitting here with my jaw on the desk...your Disney dress is SO beautiful! I absolutely LOVE it on you! :lovestruc It looks so soft and elegant and fits you perfectly. It is so unlike any of the tulle dresses I have seen there which seem to be too puffy. GREAT CHOICE!!!!!!!! YOU LOOK AMAZING!!! (and I'm not just saying that!) If I looked like that in that dress, I would not want to wear anything else, even for the reception.

MGM, MAGIC KINGDOM
Ok I totally forgot what day this is but this is the day we went to MGM...oh im sorry HS and MK.
We started off the day as we usually do, by the pool. We were actually at the Hippy pool since it was cleaned up. This day was SOOOOOOO HOT!!!!! I am warning you now that little actually was done during the day...lol.
We headed off to HS. Here are some pics.

http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession305.jpg
I love all the buildings at HS. So we headed over to the first ride. Which I am sure is the one everyone goes on first. The Great Movie Ride!
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession306.jpg
Waiting in line.....boring..
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession308.jpg
We were on!
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession310.jpg
I usually take a bunch of pictures on this ride even though they spout out the classic, no flash photography mumbo jumbo but this time I was all into thinking about what it would be like to have a reception here! I think its WAYYY to much money but how awesome would that be! This ride is so much fun!
After the ride we went to look at the hand prints. I have actually never looked at them.
Here is my favorite Italian Mob man!!
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession311.jpg
My favorite movie/fashion icon! Oh and our hands were the same size!!
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession312-1.jpg
and the love of my life...no not Bobby!!
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession314.jpg
Poor Bobby has to compete with a duck :rotfl:
So then we wanted to go get something to eat. We were going to go to the backlot area to that quick food place but it was so crowded and everyone was cranky so we decided to go back to the hotel to eat. We had fast passes to the Voyage of the Little Mermaid so we wanted to see that first.
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession321.jpg

http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession322.jpg
I love the Little Mermaid and the water sprinkling on you was really refreshing...lol.
So after this we were on our way out when we spotted some characters which we HAD to get pics with. Here is the crew from Robin Hood. Let me explain this pic. Ok so they are thieves right? Ok so they spot my coach bag and start rubbing there fingers together like to say give me your money. Then the prince wanted my earrings and I told him not unless you give me your crown..lol.
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession325.jpg
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession324.jpg
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession326.jpg
They were great. Then we saw Mary Poppins. For some reason all the characters wanted to talk to me that day so Mary and I had a chat.
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession328.jpg
She asked me how I got there, I told her by train, she said oh thats good because I see you don't have an umbrella and if you flew here your arms would be so tired. Then she went on to tell me that I laugh a lot and she asked me if I knew her Uncle Albert. She said I hope you aren't going to have any tea parties on the ceiling..:rotfl:

http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession327.jpg
We finally headed back to the hotel and got some food. I of course got a hotdog again. It was 6pm when I was in line. Every night at 6pm. the CM's at POP do the Hustle. Here is a pic of them doing the Hustle.

I love the Snow White ride!! Again no pics..I know I know I suck. We wanted to go on Peter Pan but it was SOOOOO Crowded. The SpectroMagic Parade was going to start anyway so we ran over to the Castle and stood in front of it to watch. I only got a few good pics. http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession387.jpg
Ok so here is something creepy now. Well it was creepy at the time. We went to wait for our bus and there are dozens of Disney buses around. Then this crazy charter bus came with a paper in the window that said POP Century to pick us up. People got on because we had been waiting forever for a bus but there were scared. You couldn't understand the driver because he spoke very little english so I didn't quite know what he was saying. The bus smelled so bad like the toilet on it overflowed or something. I was like, I am getting off of this thing. Everyone was scared and other people started getting off. I said well if we see a bus hijacking in the paper tomorrow we will know what was up with that. Not even a minute after that bus left the Disney bus came. It was crazy. I am sure Disney uses outside charters to pick people up??? :confused3 : I have never seen that before though.
Ok ladies that is the end of this update. I did this all on my work computer. My laptop is broken but I get it back on July 11th. That is when I will finish up this TR! Also I have lots of updates with pictures but I will save them for after the TR.

We got to the front of the castle during SpectroMagic. I guess people didn't realize you could stay in front of the castle until wishes. I do think you get a better view behind the castle though. It seems like the fireworks are easier to see back there.

I know right!!! Is that normal for Disney to have other buses? Never saw that before.

Thank you!!! I usually do suck at it but with the settings on my camera it was so much easier. I can't wait for my computer to come back!!! I am like lost without it. Its so funny because you dont' have a computer when you are young and you are fine without one, You look stuff up in books, you have photo albums, etc. Now you have a computer and everything is digital and its like your life all in one little machine. Ughhhh. Is it July 11th yet?

Hair Style Help!!
Ladies I need your help! I cannot decide what to do with my hair. I know I have 6 more months but its something that is really irritating me right now. I blame my OCD...lol.
O.K. first lets post the picture of the dress:
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/CopyofToniDanifunweekend040.jpg
Now as you can see, my hair is down. This is the normal way I usually wear my hair. My mom, aunt and cousin all agreed that my hair looks great down with the dress and veil. I though it looked good too but here is my problem.
I would want my hair curly and my hair does NOT hold a curl. I was thinking of getting wavy extensions and doing my hair like this:
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/carrieunderwood400a0507vr7.jpg
My only problem is that I am afraid I will look like I do any other day. Is it really going to excite my DF if my hair is down? I want to blow his mind..lol.
So I was thinking of up-do's and came across this picture.
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/1506538057_2b5b1cf072.jpg
I really like the updo but I also like the idea of my hair being down and curly. I am so lost and I need your help ladies!!! What hairstyle do you recommend??????

I really like the down and curly option!
All brides get up-dos, I think it would be something more different and exciting to change it up a bit! Plus, if you were to get wavy extensions--that would be something totally different, and I bet the DF would find it oh so sexy!

I love the down and curly that would look GORGEOUS
tlhbdm
07-07-2008, 02:42 PM
I think both would look good. I usually wear my hair up in a pony-tail and on our wedding day I wore it down and it bugged me like no other. I had to put it up at the reception(I know you said that you always wear yours down just putting in my 2 cents worth), so I would do what you think you will be comfortable with.

07-07-2008, 02:42 PM
I agree that with your gorgeous hair, you should wear it down and curly. I'd bet if you got someone to do it who knows what they are doing, they'd be able to put curls in it that would last. Fortunately, with a "winter" wedding, the humidity might not be as big a factor as if you were doing it next week.
Oh, and both of the gowns are absolutely perfect on you! :faint: The Oleg Cassini is one I looked at and I thought it was such a fairy tale princess gown. Just gorgeous!!

IndyBride
07-07-2008, 06:22 PM
I say go with what you think looks best! It's not going to be like everyday because it's your wedding day and your going to be wearing a big white dress with a veil. You could always try a 1/2 up 1/2 down style. That way you have the drama but also get the perks of hair that is down.
DisneyBrideToni
07-07-2008, 11:11 PM
Well it seems that the majority say the hair down is the best. I showed my parents and both of them agree. My mom is doing my hair so she is all for not having to do an updo....LOL. I am so glad my mom is a hair stylist. I have to look into extentions. A friend of mine has a friend that does them so I will ask her about them.
Thank you girls!!!!

Actually I did ask him. I didn't show him pictures though. He said that the thinks the updo might be easier for me and will last a little better for the next day (like with all the pins and things in my hair). The next morning we are doing our MK photos. I am thinking he really wants me hair up but he said he doesn't care either way...he said whatever you want. To me it sounded like whatever you want but I really want your hair up.....LOL

Yes basically. I know I would mess it up anyway. Although if my hair was down I could fix it a lot easier than if it was up. Especially if my extensions are wavy I wouldn't have to curl my hair or anything.

Hey Toni, My DF made it very clear he wants my hair straight on the wedding day. Well, he made it very clear that he likes my hair straight EVERYDAY! But-I decided that I would wear my hair the way I want it. He gets an input on everything else and I would make this decision. So needless to say it's going to be wavy. Then I won't have to worry about frizzies!

I plan on sending my bouquet out to the floral preserver anyway. So I am going to email Rose with those changes and then the bill will be around $2713.00. Not too bad.
I have previously posted pictures of my floral if you want to take a look at them.

END OF THE PLANNING SESSION TRIP REPORT
well the last day we decided to go to Animal Kingdom. Of course, as was the trend of the whole trip, we started off late so we really didn't do much at Animal Kingdom. We did do the Safari and Bugs Life but sadly, that was about it....lol. We were going to go to see the Lion King but instead we decided to go to the Rainforest Cafe to eat dinner. Since I didn't do much here are pictures from the Safari and Bugs Life movie as well as some random AK pictures.

Fun times!!!
But then it was time for us to leave the next day. Here we are in the lobby waiting for our car to come pick us up to take us to the horrid train station.
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession309.jpg
Then it was back on the train to New Jersey. Ughhh trains!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/PlanningSession436.jpg
Oh this was cool. I made the conductor take a picture and he posed for me. He was the only nice Amtrak employee.

Some Random Updates
I have some pictures of things for the wedding that I thought I would share. Some items have been purchased and some have been made!
Up First we have some random purchases. :goodvibes
My FMIL bought me these makeup bags on her recent vacation. It was so sweet of her!
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/ToniDanifunweekend106.jpg
My Matron of Honor Gifts:)
My cousin/matron of honor loves cherries. When I went to Disney this past June I saw this adorable purse and wallet so I had to scoop it up for her. I also wanted to get her some piece of jewelry to wear with her gown so I found this silver locket at the World of Disney store in DTD.
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/ToniDanifunweekend131.jpg

http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/ToniDanifunweekend145.jpg
Feeling chilly...........
Since my wedding is in February and I knew it would be cold at the Dessert Party I bought a Pashmina to wear. This is a bad picture since its laying on a white sheet but I am sure you can make it out...LOL
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/ToniDanifunweekend115.jpg
A little something for the DF............: :lovestruc
My DF is a HUGEEEEEEEE Batman fan so since everything in this wedding is all about me I thought I would bring in a little of his personality so I bought him these Batman cufflinks. He loves them.
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/ToniDanifunweekend159.jpg
In this same theme, for our New Jersey reception, I got these garters.
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/ToniDanifunweekend113.jpg
I knew my DF would keep this garter as opposed to my Donald Disney one..lol.
I got this really cute bag from Ebay. I loved it when I saw it and right now I am storing my wedding planner and documents in it.
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/ToniDanifunweekend161.jpg
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/ToniDanifunweekend162.jpg
Now for the creative side.................................: :wizard:
I played around with making the program for the ceremony. I stress out making things making sure they don't look cheesy. If there was some kind of website that made invitations and programs in small quantities instead of like 100 at a time, I would just have someone else do them...lol.
So, that being said, here is my attempt at a program. The inside pages are made with vellum and the outside is a double sided card stock. One side is the dark pink and the inside is the light pink. I used a silver stamp from Martha Stewart crafts to make the silver swirlies and the "P" monogram.
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/ToniDanifunweekend243.jpg
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/ToniDanifunweekend245.jpg
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/ToniDanifunweekend246.jpg
I may play around with something else but I kind of like them. I didn't want the stamp to be perfect. I kind of wanted it to look worn out to fit with my shabby chic theme. I did want them to be simple yet elegant in a way.
Ok now with the favors. As I have stated before I was going to have my DF draw a picture of us in cartoon form, with our wedding clothes on and the mickey bride/groom ears. Well he is a bit of a slacker with this so I don't have the mugs done yet...lol. but while I was in Disney for my planning session I did get coffee and cocoa from DTD.
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/ToniDanifunweekend107.jpg
Ok so I did a mock up of what the favors will be like. I used a mug in my house for illustration purposes only. PLEASE DO NOT THINK I AM GIVING PEOPLE THESE UGLY MUGS....LOL. This is basically to give you an idea until I get my real mugs....whenever that may be...lol.
Ok so I am getting white boxes and filling them with tissue paper. I also bought some white paper roses and pink mini flowers to put on the boxes along with ribbon and little silver thank you charms. I bought pink ribbon and silver ribbon. I will be alternating the boxes with the pink and silver ribbon. This will be my way of telling which box has coffee and which has cocoa. I want to make sure each couple gets one coffee and one cocoa. So here are the favor pictures.
This is the outside of the box shown with the pink ribbon:
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/15.jpg
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/16.jpg
and now this is my mock up. Remember the ugly green mug is NOT the favor mug...LOL.
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/ToniDanifunweekend111.jpg
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/ToniDanifunweekend112.jpg
I think they will be pretty cool when I get the real mugs. I also want to get that shredded paper to put in the boxes instead of tissue paper but thats all I had at the time.
Well I guess thats all the updates for now! I feel like I am running out of wedding stuff to do...lmao. I am just well ahead for now so I guess I can take a rest. ;) If I can actually let myself do that!

Thank you! I actually bought the papers seperate. I bought a pack of vellum for the inside part and then I got the cardstock. You can't tell but the paper is actually heavy. It feels like a greeting card. I was looking at so many different papers and then I saw the two sided one and loved it. They are both of the shades of pink I am doing so I thought it was perfect. The paper was on sale too for .20 cents!!

Thank you! I did stick it in the printer but on manual feed. I did it at work so this printer (its a laser printer) has a manual feed option. I did the same with the cardstock but I think the paper is fine in any printer. I don't think you should have a problem.

I am sure you can make them great!! I have to say it was pretty easy. The stamps made it easier but it took me a while to get it straight and not all crooked.
That would be cool to give the rest of the cufflinks to his groomsmen. That is a good idea. I wonder which he will pick!! You must keep me posted.

I can't wait to see the actual mugs....:thumbsup2 I noticed in your program that your df has a stepmother....This may sound like a dumb question, but how are you incorporating her into the sand ceremony? I am trying to figure out how we are going to do that with my DH's mom and stepmom for our vow renewal....I originally wanted to do the unity candle, but I am not sure how that will work, since the mothers have to go up first to light the candle.....Are you having the mothers carry the sand up before the ceremony?? Just curious how you are doing this....

Actually, I had thought about this but Bobby said she doesn't need to be involved in it so she won't be doing anything with the sand ceremony. One idea I was given was to have one of the mom's carry up the center container for the sand ceremony but you have candles....so....hmm...its too bad you can't have three candles!! I am sure the wedding planner could come up with some idea. I am sure they have to deal with that all the time. If I think of something in the mean time I will let you know, I would love to hear your idea when you come up with it!!!

Thanks for the good idea....I am still kind of back and forth between the unity candle and the sand ceremony....If I can't think of anything better I will probably do what you suggested about having Jake's stepmom carry the middle container.....I will definitely ask my wedding planner....It is really not an option for us NOT to include her in the ceremony...let's just say, that would be BAD!!!!!:scared1: :lmao:

Matron of Honor Gown
Well we finally have a Matron of Honor Gown. My Matron of Honor is trying to get pregnant so she wanted to hold off as long as possible to get a gown. Anyway, my mom and Aunt (MOH's mom) went to David's Bridal today to pick up my veil. While they were there they looked at the dresses and found a dress that they thought would be perfect for her. They immediately called me to look it up online and I thought it was perfect too. MOH still didn't see it but she says she trusts us...LOL. It is a perfect dress for her because if she DOES get pregnant it is flowy enough that she can have a baby bump and it will still fit. So here it is. The picture is also the exact color which is azalea.

That will really come in handy for your when you have other events downt the road...b day parties, etc. :thumbsup2
Did you buy the box set? $12.99 ? :lovestruc
I might get it too!
I'm thinking about duplicating what you did here or doing little pink scrolls with green ribbon and a pink tea rose tucked in the ribbon ....our invitations are scrolls. princess:
Where did you get the silver ink?

Toni -- I have another question about your gorgeous programs. Did you put it through the printer twice? Once to print the vertical names and another time to print the inside text?
ETA: okay, now I get it! ;) The inside print is on a piece of landscape oriented vellum. YAY!!! Gorgeous!
Oh, and your MoH dress is beautiful! We debated that color for DD, too, and ended up with watermelon. But the azalea is soooo pretty!

Yes I did get the box set!! Love it. The silver ink is also Martha Stewart. She has lots of different colors to choose from. You should duplicate the programs and I love the idea of the green with pink that would be so pretty!!! I would love to see a picture of yours when you get them done!!!

Yes actually I did print them twice. The cardstock was double sided so one side was the light pink and the other was the dark pink. I printed the names vertical on the light pink side first then I folded the cardstock over but not all the way just enough to leave that the vertical words would show. I also had to cut the vellum because it was going over the words so I had to make that a bit shorter. I printed everything landscape. I can't take credit for the vertical lettering I actually stole that idea from Lurkyloo!
I love the watermelon color too!! I was thinking about that color also! If you need anymore help with the programs just let me know! :goodvibes

I think the MOH dress will be perfect. The color is really pretty too :goodvibes I was a little nervous about my MOH becoming pregnant and not fitting in her dress which wouldn't have worked for a baby bump. She got pregnant about 2 weeks after our wedding, so we didn't have anything to worry about.

Exactly and from what I hear she is still trying. I hope she does though because I know she really wants to be pregnant. She loves the dress so that is all that matters to me.

Hair and Veil
Well my mom was doing a trial run on my hair yesterday and said No I don't want to do your hair! I changed my mind!! LOL. Poor mommy. She said she will be too nervous that day and will feel rushed so she doesn't want anything to do with my hair. That was fine. This is why I wanted her to mess with my hair early so that in case she decided not to do it I would have time to get someone.
Today I booked my hair and make-up with Beaute Speciale. I spoke with Veronica and booked for me, my mom (make-up), my aunt (make-up) and my cousin/matron of honor (hair and make-up).
I am happy that I was able to schedule them and I can't wait to see what they can do for me!!
Since we are talking about hair, I thought I would post pictures of my veil. They arent the best pictures but I did the best I could...lol. I also have a picture of my tiara (I previously posted the website picture). The picture I took isnt as good but I will share it anyway.

Veil
The veil is white and has silver shiny thread going through the edges with crystal beads dangling off the edges. It matches my dress perfectly and the silver matches my accent color for the wedding!

Your veil is very pretty!
I am getting my hair and make up done for Val's wedding also.
I almost didn't, but the mother of the groom wanted to, so I decided I would go ahead and do it.
No mommy should do her daughter's hair for her wedding, and want to really enjoy the day!
Too much stress!!

Mom's should be pampered that day! I agree about the hair. She insisted that is why I made her do it way ahead of time because I knew she wouldn't do it...:lmao: Ahh my silly mommy!

6 More Months and My Magic Kingdom Photo Shoot Bouquet:flower:
So I am now officially 6 months away from my wedding day!!! Well August 2nd will be 6 months but that is only 2 hours away so I am close. :rotfl:
It is exciting but it seems so far away and its NOT going by fast. At least not yet. I hope this changes.
Anyway, on my floral BEO I had a $75.00 charge to refresh my bouquet for the MK photos and a new bout. for Bobby that would be 20.00. I didn't want to pay 95.00 for a refreshed bouquet when I could use that money for something else and I knew I could make one, so I did and I thought I would share pictures.
Basically I made a similar bouquet to my real one that I will have at the wedding. I made it much smaller and I changed the ribbon around a bit but it is still similar. I used to be a florist so it wasn't that much of a challenge for me. This bouquet only cost me 20.00 to make which is better than 75.00!
I am going to use it for the MK photos but I am also going to use it for my at home reception to toss.
Here are some pictures.

http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/Dancefever1978/weddingstuff003-1.jpg
I think it works for its purpose. Rose will be taking away my bouquet later in the wedding day to deliver to keepsake floral so I needed something for the MK photos.

Great job on the bouquet, wanna come to LA and our wedding flowers. The pay stinks and we won't feed you, but the weather is nice :rotfl:
Time goes by so quickly, at least it did at first, now I feel like I am at a point where I have done pretty much everything I could possibly do until we have our planning session, which is why I started the blog, and also my friend suggested if I get a following it could pave the way to freebies, we'll see :goodvibes
