So, is your diet special at all? Such as do you have any food allergies that keep you from eating certain foods, are you a vegetarian, etc.

I've recently decided to cut out high fructose corn syrup (sugar substitute) and hydroganated oils from my diet, and I'm surprised at how many things have those things added to them! Ritz crackers, most bread, cereal, some yogurt, soda, and even ketchup have high fructose corn syrup in them! I can understand soda and cereal, but bread, crackers, and ketchup? And a lot of baked goods have hydroganted oils.

I'm a veggie :D

And I try to avoid High Fructose Corn Syrup. My grandma is, like, obsessed with not eating it.

I have really weird allergies.

I have severe pollen allergies, so I can't eat a lot of raw vegetables.
It's not life threatening, but it makes my throat extremely itchy and it's very uncomfortable, so I avoid raw broccoli, carrots, caulliflour, cucumbers, sugar snap peas, etc.
When they're cooked or boiled, the pollen's removed and then I can eat it.

I'm also allergic to shellfish, but I hate fish anyway, so it's all good.

Plus, I'm a picky eater.
I don't eat much meat, besides poultry, and I hate eggs, raw milk, and cheese.

I'd be an awesome vegan XD

I'm not allergic, but I too can't stand the taste of any type of seafood.

OMG!!! I have the same thing. I was recently restricted completely from High Fructose Corn Syrup, because my stomach is VERY sensitive to it. When i eat it my stomach gets really big and i have a horrible stomach ache. This is the same with milk (i was also diagnosed with lactose intolerance, and I may be allergic to it completely) so i have a very strict diet. And trust me i know how you feel when reading labels. IT IS IN EVERYTHING!!!! I eat Honey Wheat Braided Twists for snack and also Nature Valley granola bars are good. You will eventually get used to life with out high fructose corn syrup but its hard. I am never going to be able to eat it again, but i am used to it now. I do miss the other foods sometimes, especially when i am with friends and at parties and stuff.

STOPxMickeyTime I go through the same thing as you!! I also have severe tree and pollen allergies so i can't have raw vegetables and most fruits (grapes and bananas are okay). It's weird when people ask though...they are like huh?

I'm not really allergic to anything but I don't eat cheese because I don't like the taste. Everyone has to ask why and I just don't know, I don't like it. Haven't eaten it in years and I won't eat my food if it has cheese of any kind.
I don't eat beef or pork.
Trying to cut out most meat, but I still eat chicken.
I don't eat eggs unless they're baked in something. I don't like butter and again, won't eat it unless it's baked in something.

I don't really have any restrictions. I'm a fairly adventorous eater as well.

Staples in my diet are baked chicken, fish, salad (adore salad), mexican, chinese, pasta.

I refuse to eat fish mainly because i don't like it.
There's a long list of food i don't like but other than that i don't have any particular diet.

I eat whatever pleases me.
Once and a while, I'll cut out all carbonated beverages, but end up coming back to them.
I should be cutting out caffeine and chocolate from my diet due to migraines, but I'm bad at it.

I don't drink soda. Except root beer, or pepsi on occasion.

My stomache hurts after i have dairy, but I don't try to avoid it at all.

Oh, another staple in my diet would be diet dr. pepper. I live off the stuff, it's like blood to me. I'd die without it.

Hmmm.. what's that website? GoVeg.com is pretty okay... even though it's Peta, and people who actually care about animals shouldn't be affiliated with Peta. It's just the website. It's... convincing. It convinced me to be a vegetarian before I knew how awful Peta was. BUT WHAT'S THAT OTHER SITE??? Bah, I'll get back to you later.

NEVER EVER eat tofu plain. You'll never want to be a vegetarian again.
And if you're not gonna be a vegan, no reason to buy soymilk.
Boca Burgers pwn. Trust me, they pwn. Even my non-veggie friends think they aren't that bad. Especially if you prepare them like regular burgers.

And if you're gonna be a hardcore veggie, be sure to check candy wrappers and make sure there's no gelatin in anything. I won't explain what gelatin is, for your benefit, but if you'd like to find out, go ahead.

The only time it's a pain is when you get invited to some party and there's nothing vegetarian there o___o;; then you just eat fruit and chips.

VEGETARIANS RULE.

Yeah, I know!
They're like, "Oh, so you're allergic to VEGETABLES and FRUITS, huh? -winkwinknudgenudge-"
I'm like, yeah, I really am, it's not because I'm trying to avoid eating healthy.

But it's kinda hard to explain, so I can understand why they'd be skeptical.

I haven't found anything I couldn't eat.
I eat whatever I like.
But I tend to stay away from seafood.

I love chinese, because it's so delicious.
I also have to have my milk and cheese. Yum.

Yeahh i get that all the time, "You just say that so you don't have to eat healthy foods, I've seen you eat fruit before," and like the stuff in the can is fine, like peaches, pears and such, along with grapes and bananas like I said before, it's so hard to explain that when people ask what I am allergic to i just say everything. haha.:rotfl:

Haha yes =]. I love dairy, everything dairy I just love. Though lately, for some reason, I've been getting stomach aches when I eat/drink milk or ice cream or cheese. I'm fine with yogurt though. It's weird.

And I'm really glad that I'm not a weirdo because I don't like seafood. I mean come on... seafood smells like a dumpster Dx.

I hate fishy smelling...fish. But honestly, good fish should not have that fishy smell.
