Hi

Does anyone know a good resturant that would cater for me with a gluten, wheat and diary free diet by specially making me suitable pancakes. I have heard Disney doing this but this year we are going to Universal.

I know the Portofino Resort will. They have made numerous things
for our son- he is autistic and on special diet. I always call ahead
and they will do anything for you. Let me know if you need any
ohone numbers.

No, you don't have to stay there to eat. The chefs name is Herve and his number is 407-503-1450. He is absolutely wonderful.
