Who Else Is Going For July 4th?

Just wondering who else will be there to celebrate July 4th.

Me, DH, DD (12) and DS(8 he'll turn 9 July 6th) will be there from July 4 - July 11th . . .

We will be too! July 4th - July 8th. Not sure which resort yet. Still deciding. Are you flying out of Bradley? We got Southwest's Friend Fly Free deal! Yipee!

We'll be there from July 3 - 7, staying at the Boardwalk, Animal Kingdom Lodge, or CBR. Even though my ressie is at BWI, I still haven't made up my mind! Depends on if I feel like splurging or being cheap, but I won't know until we get back from our trip next month! :)

We're probably only going to go to MK on the 4th and then just spend a lot time outside of the park for the rest of the trip. (Ok, maybe we'll have to go to MGM too! :))

We will be there! We are going June 28-July 5. Me, DH, and 14 year old DS will be at the Wilderness Lodge! Hope to see some of you there!:)

We are flying out of Bradley, but flying Delta . . .I've had the tickets since last August . . .but I saw the Southwest deal, pretty good!

We will be leaving the Poly on the 4th to go on the Wonder cruise.
My neice will be turning 9 on July 6th also! Happy birthday to DS!

Only 15 more weeks!!!!! But whos counting? :D

We will be staying at ASMO June 30 til July 6! Can't decide which park to go to on July 4! Are we guaranteed entry if staying at a WDW resort? Can you go early in AM have your hand stamped and get back in if they close the parks? We don't want to be locked out!!

I hope we run into each other at the Polynesian. I think we are still planning a DIS meet (dinner) at Kona on the 9th (the day after my 32 birthday!!!). How do I get so lucky I spend my engagement trip and my 30th birthday at the Polynesian (2000) then I spend my honeymoon and 31st birthday at the Polyensian (2001) now I am going to spend my 1st annaversary and my 32nd birthday at the Polynesian (2002).

They do close the parks to resort guests at a certain point. First they close the main gates (where you drive in) then they close the gates to the park.

I hope we do bump into each other, as I would love to tell you in person how much we have enjoyed your pages. We will be hanging out at the pool all day on the 4th.....last year my kids had a blast with all the activities and still talk on-line to kids they met there. They are hoping to see some of them again this 4th.

BuzzMe, no, Im not too excited. :D This is my first(and probably only) trip without the kids. Ive been planning for over a year now, counting down week after week. It cant get here soon enough! Unfortuantely we wont be at WDW long, just spending time at the Poly and then going to Jellyrolls at night.

Tikiman, I know! I bummed I will miss those fireworks. I recently read a post where you describe the 4th of July at the Poly and I said to DH, "Gee, Tikiman is making me want to cancel the cruise and just stay at the Poly for the weekend". ;) :D But we have booked the Kona Cafe for dinner on the 3rd and breakfast on the 4th and I plan to spend the day of the 3rd at the pool, so I will at least get a good dose of the Poly for the short time Im there.

We'll be there June 30 to July 5 at OKW and then ASM till July 8. I can't wait ! My boyfriend thinks I'm nuts for going to this site so much. But he'll thank me when we're there and I know all the inns and outs of a great Disney trip !
