Mardi Gras Parade

Would somebody please tell me about the Mardi Gras parade? Which park is it in and what time of day does it occur? Also,
how early do you need to start lining up for a spot and where is a good spot to camp out.

The Mardi Gras parade is in Universal Studios. If you really want to get a good position I would secure your location at around 7 pm for the 8pm parade. There are several good locations but look for an area that has overhangs or trees and they can't throw the beads too far. Somebody has said that they are going to start up a 2 pm parade but I haven't seen anything in writing from Universal about it.
