Sorry -I hit 'enter' on my previous thread to soon...

My upcoming honeymoon to WDW and the GF is exactly 1 month away from today - yeah!

and I have a question for you experts...I originally requested a corner room in Conch Key, but just recently discovered that there will be 3 grad nights going on while we are there?!?

I am a little worried - as if I can hearing 'howling' from the haunted Mansion - then surely I can hear screaming teenagers from 11 - 5 in the morning!!!

also - does anyone know of E nights during the dates of April 21 to May 3?

Thanks and ANY additional tips for our honeymoon at this point would be greatly appreciated ie: NOT to miss 'romantic' things...

Thanks!
Christine

Not only do you hear the howling from the Haunted Mansion, but you'll also hear the train whistle and the boat. But you very quickly get used to it and it shouldn't bother you. As far as Grad night, yes, I'm sure you will hear the screams and the music. But it's only one night. You can just keep yourselves occupied honeymoon style and you'll never notice it

;) :D

My DH and I were at the GF during one of the 2000 Grad Nights. We could hear the music, but not the screams. Our room was in Big Pine Key, and we had a view of the MK, Poly, and even Epcot. The music did not keep us awake, but I did hear it when I woke up.

I think you'd be fine with Conch Key. Your rooms won't look at the Magic Kingdom from a garden view, so I don't think you'll have a problem. However, there are no garden view corner rooms (there are VERY few of these in the resort, by-the-way, and the staff does usually give them to their repeat guests).
