Hi all, I was wondering, I am planning on staying at WDW for 4 nights. Can I split resorts like stay at the WL for 2 nights and CS for 2 nights and still get the packages like the Discovery Magic or Resort Magic? It is still 4 nights at a resort hotel but I know you are supposed to book for at least 3 nights.

No. The minimum nights per package like those is 3, per resort.
