Newbie here!

I received one of the postcards in the mail (after getting nothing via email) and I had ordered a DVD, why, you say after seven trips? LOL Who knows? Anyways, I went onto the web site they gave me on the card and it comes up as oops! or unable to pull it up. I tried this on four different computers, none of which worked. It's that postcard of "Keep your head in the clouds, XXX family." We're going anyways, but it's always nice to have some money off. Anyways, when my dad called today for our reservations, I told him, "Do NOT let them give you 'We can't look it up.' They can and they should!" Well, the CM didn't :headache: Can't do it. Hah! So, I'll call and do it. :sad2:
Now, my question is, who do I call? I called last night for help on the web site (got nowhere, BTW and awaiting an email from Customer Service) and spent 50 minutes on the phone. But what option do I take on the phone since there's 1,840,305,395,200 options! And how do I go about this?
There's something there, I know! The web site is available until 4/18. Or so it says. Thanks!

silly question but make sure you arent putting the * at the end and did you try a different browser.

My daughter got the same card and we couldn't get to any site to find out anything.So I posted on the board about our problem and someone told me to type it in just the way it was writen,do not put www. in front of what was on the card.We did that and it took us to a site that makes it sound like they have something in the way of a discount,etc,but it didn't have any code,etc .It only had a place to click on WDW and it takes you to their regular WDW website.So,I am going to have my daughter try and call because it says,the same as your's and makes you think you will get a discount and the personalized URL will be availableuntil 04/18/2008.Pleas post if you get any kind of info on discount,etc.Thanks.:) :) :)
