Does anyone have the email address for WDW to send a complaint to?

I had a complaint last year & found the correct email address at this website:
http://www.explorethemagic.com/disney-world-contact.asp

I got a phone call the next day, so I know it worked as of May 2007.

It also worked as of February 2008 because I emailed a concern and got a telephone call the next day. Works great!:thumbsup2
