can you walk through world showcase to get to EMH?

For EMH at Epcot can you walk through the World Showcase if you are staying at one of the Epcot resorts? I wasn't sure if you could because it doesn't open til 11am. Thanks.

Yes you should be able to. You can go through the International Gate prior to 11:00 am on regular park opening days, so I don't see why you couldn't do it for EMH also.

I believe they rope off the sectiion toward Paris, and have a few CM's stationed along the way between IG and England, and Canada.

When we stay at BCV, we always go through the International Gateway. Although the World Showcase isn't open, there a lot of people walking around enjoying the scenery. Very few crowds at that time. We do most of our photos at that time.
