DDP and Wolfgang pucks express

Does Wolfgang Pucks express offer most items on their menu for the dining plan? I seem to remember a few years ago it being limited, but I'm not sure. also is there a reasonable amout of indoor seating now?

Oddly enough you can't get bottled water but you could get any soda fountain drink.
