We got in Sunday afternoon after trying to get on the road early which for some reason never works for me especially since I went to a party Sat. night and drank Kungaloosh. After setting up we went over and saw MrsGus and her hubby who are celebrating their anniversary this week.
Afterwards we went to Trails End as of course I didn't shop yet and paid $19 for me and $11 for DD which I think is rediculous. What makes me real dumb is we went back and did it again Monday. I may still eat lunch there but no more dinners. I can go to Ohana or Boma for $5 more.
MK was having EMH from 11-2 so we took the boat over to greet droves of people leaving. YES!!!! my favorite sight to see at theme parks. We hit Splash, HM, Space, Buzz and Comedy floor without any wait. I love EMH there because it seems we get to do more.
Monday we go to Epcot to meet up with a neighbor of mine and it was so packed it took us 20 minutes to get in the gate. It was like a ride in itself. Every ride was packed but we managed to ride TT and Soarin and after lunch I had to go because it was too packed. After dinner we drove to DS and met Surferrat (Ray) and family for EMH. We went on Star Tours and T of Terror and our daughters used our fastpasses to do R N R Coaster. Got some Pixie Dust on Tower as when we went in, there was hardly anyone in there. The girl put us on our own elevator and said when we got done if we wanted to go again a cm would bring us back up which we did.
Yesterday was a hang out day. Finally went shoping and got food for this week. No more $40 rib dinners lol. We went to Downtown Disney and ate at Earl of Sandwich which was great and looked around the shops. Made a ressie for DD in July at BBB. Afterwards we went to the outlet mall. The Disney Outlet has some pretty good deals. We got an Everest Towel and a Cheetah Girls towel for $17. Not bad as the CG towel was $25 at Epcot last year. CampingChrisy, Surferrat and us went to the campfire last night. We're doing our pic on the porch Thursday at 5:15
Today is a goof off day again as we're gonna hit AK for EMH tonight. I think we may go to the studios and see the new block party.

Sounds like a great time Donnie! I love reading these trip reports and getting a feel for times I've never been before!
Has Annie ever done BBB before? She will love it! I hope I get to see her after she's done! We took DD8 on her birthday last year and it was a highlight of her life, I think! :lmao:
Tell the other Dissers and Annie I said Hi! Have fun!

Back AGAIN !
for a guy that has a job you sure seem to find a lot of time to spend at FW.
Please tell Ms Gussy and my cousin that I said howdy.
Not looking good for the BDD troops to see FW anytime soon, after that $800 fuel bill at Christmas we are having to make plans closer to home.
Hopefully someday we will all get together :confused3
Sounds like a lot of fun!! Watch for us pulling in on Friday when you guys are leaving!
Where is the outlet Donnie? I obviously dont know about this place and usually spend all of my money in World of Disney! :scared1:

I'm so jealous! That's my favorite ride...and RnR, but I would have stayed on it until they ran me off! Sounds like you had a wonderful time so far :thumbsup2

Donnie, love the trip reports.... keep them coming! It's such fun to see what my imaginary friends are doing at Disney.
RnR and ToT are my FAVORITE things to do at WDW..... I'm perfectly happy to stand in line at one, then the other. But you had my all time dream..... a private elevator! Way to go!

Just out of curiosity for our trip this summer, how does the campground look? Last summer they were cutting everything down. Is anything growing back yet? We always enjoyed the privacy between campsites--hope we get alittle of it back by summer. Have a great time!

Being self employed I try to make some free time to spend with Annie as I know she's gonna ditch me soon :lmao:. Don't be having a pitty party up there because of fuel. You know dang good and well I will bring my 5'er right here to the 900 loop any day you get ready. Except 4th of July and Thanksgiving lol. This thing sleeps 9 easily so get in the truck and what you save in fuel without the camper will make the trip more economical. You've all heard it. BDD has my camper so I don't wanna hear anymore we won't be at the fort. Now get a ressie dude. :lmao: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:
BTW, was it 920 or 921 you had last trip? 920 is very shady and looks like a great site.

Sounds like you're having a great time so far Ronnie....and yea, on our weekend trips I always try to make sure I don't party too much if we arrive early on a Friday night (we normally will go out on Friday night for our "night out").
Nothing is worse then being in hot, crowded theme park all day long with a hangover. I mean, it really is about the most horrible experience you can go through...lol.

Your neighbors really were very questionable!:rolleyes1 O.k., Donnie, I did not get the chance to find you and Annie to say goodbye yesterday. Addie and I did ride by but you were not there. We had to wrap our trip up early because hubby had a grandmother pass away. It was sad that she passed but the really sad part was I did not know the grandma existed until last week!:confused3 You would think after 7 years of marriage I might know some members of his family outside of Bigdisneydaddy!:lmao: So, I am sitting at my house tonight and hubby will drive to Florence tomorrow for the funeral.
Oh, Bigdisneydaddy, if you want to stay in Donnie's camper, I have a couple of "acquired" tents that I can lend you for the boys. I tried them last week with the 7 girls and it worked great!:woohoo: My camper stayed clean all week!:thumbsup2

Sorry to hear about grandma. Too bad we didn't catch up with you guys. I haven't seen Addie since last summer. You are my witness that I've offered BDD my camper so we have to see what excuse he can give now. So that's how you keep the camper clean with the tents ehh? Thank god we weren't here because my dear darling daughter has clothes strung from one end to the other and I'd have been embarassed to open the door. She's cleaning up tomorrow. Glad you made it home ok.
