I want to make my kids autograph books and passports with all the amazing pages on here, how does everyone bind them? If I tie them with ribbon will it stay?
Thanks!!!

If you don't want to have the books bound at OfficeDepot, then maybe use a binder ring and wrap ribbon around that. I'd be afraid that the ribbon might untie and then the book might fall apart.
I've made so many books, journals, etc, that I finally purchased a binding machine and the coils. It cost about 200.00 but it was worth it!

Do you happen to know how much it costs to have them bound at office max, office depot or any place like that? I'd love to do that for my kids too, and I'd like something that can hold up to them, but I don't think I would be doing it enough to warrant purchasing the machine....

I will post pictures if I can figure out how!!! I actually bought 3.5 X 5 inch memory books at Hobby Lobby. I think each had 15 pages or so. I brought 4 of them with us on our Oct trip so each character could sign a page. Then I would take a picture of our 4 yr old with the character and place it on a facing page. I got Bo Bunny 6x6 "naked binders" whisch were perfect. So I cut 6x6 papers and mounted them to white cardstock and cropped and mounted the pics and autographs. Bo Bunny has the 6x6 page protectors whick are great since it will help keep the pages nice. I will try to post pictures for you.

I've gotten things bound at Kinko's for $5 each.

My husband works at Office Max. It's like $3.79 or so. I know it is less than $4.00. I just had a couple scrapbook/giftcard holders bound last month.

You guys are lucky! I had 4 journals and 4 autograph books bound and it cost almost 150.00!!!!! That's why I bought my own binding machine and accessories.
