More information
MCO was not evacuated today. A part of the East side B area was closed down due to a suspicious bag being carried by a suspicious man. I wish some people would print credidible stories and not try to exagerate on them.

I 'fixed' the thread title to be more accurate. Hope no toes feel stepped upon.

Sounds like a short-term issue.
TSA Statement on Incident at Orlando International Airport
April 1, 2008
At approximately 12:00 p.m. behavior detection officers in Orlando identified a suspicious passenger entering the A terminal. Upon inspection of the individual's checked bag, suspicious items were identified. Law enforcement was notified and the individual has been taken into custody. A 300 ft. perimeter has been established around the checked bag and parts of A terminal have been evacuated. The bomb squad is currently on site.
Flight operations are continuing at this time and both checkpoints are open.

Ahhh I see the new behaviorial screening is already working famously. I love how they have one week of training and are good to go!
P.S. Be ready to see more of this crap.

Editing because it does look there were devices for making explosives in this man's CHECKED luggage. Odd. Not put together just pieces.

I just posted what the article said. If anyone has a beef with the story they should contact the tv stations that I posted.
