Considering their long-range forecast for the last four years (including 2004 when it WAS a bad year and they never forecast anything like it) has been pretty off target, it sounds like they are trying to hedge their bets! I honestly don't believe anyone can really be that accurate this far out (especially when they still have trouble forecasting tomorrow's weather!! :lmao: ).

I think people should just decide when's best for them and go accordingly. Typically, September and October are great months to be in Florida, and you'd still have to be very unlucky to get a hurricane anywhere near.
