Need help in making taffy tags

Hello! I"ve just been asked to make taffy's for my daughter's 8th grade formal. I need help with the tags. I would greatly appreciate any help. I would need the tag to say:
MAST CHARTER
Class of 2008

Could it be made with a white background. The school colors are royal blue and black. Their mascot is a black panther and the taffy's are paw prints. Thanks to all Lynn!

Lynn, will the tag hang from a bag or is it more like a candy wrapper?

Sorry, just got home from work. The taffys themselves will be wrapped in clear cellophane bags, tied with curling ribbon. I would hang the tags from the ribbon. Thank you Lynn
