? about 2008 Free Dining Promo w/ AAA& Dis Visa

Hello....so here is my question. We are already booked for 09/20-27/2008. Cant wait!! We will go whether or not we can get free dining added.

I booked our vaca through AAA, using cash for our downpayment. I am also a Disney Visa cardholder. If the Disney Cardholder offers comes out a few days earlier than the general public offer can I use this? I know that when the GP code comes out, I call my AAA agent and they call and have the code applied. But what about the Disney Visa card code? Can I use that even if I didnt put my deposit on this card? I could make a payment using hte card the same day if that would prove I owned the card? Or do you have to use a special agent or number to use the Disney Visa card code?

If the free dining is released to Visa cardholders first, you should be able to have this applied provided you pay the balance off on the Visa. I'm not sure if the deposit had to be on the Visa or not to qualify. You don't have to call anyone but your AAA agent to use the Disney Visa card as the codes are all electronic thru Disney and the bank...they know how to list it on your credit card statement and how to get it to apply for the 0% financing.

Last year, they said the deposit had to be on the Visa (you could pay it off however you wanted - that's what I did). That said, I know of several people who paid their deposit a different way, so when it came out for Disney Visa holders, they were able to make another $200 deposit on their trip, using the Visa, and get it during the DV promo dates.
