I purchased airfare out of Midway on ATA. Today I saw the same airfare for my family of four for 320.00 cheaper. I know that they won't refund you that amount. But will they give you some sort of voucher for future travel with them? I booked over the internet with them. Has anyone dealt with ATA before? This is our first time flying with them. Thanks for your help!:)

Airtran will not refund the money,(unless you purchased "business class" tickets, nor will they give you a credit. They also charge $50.00 per ticket to make changes, so you can still end-up $120.00 ahead, if you get them to change your tix. Hope this helps!

Call them and find out your options.

AirTran and ATA (American Trans Air) are not the same airline.
Hubby called them about this a while back for one of our previous flights, and they said they would give a credit if the difference was over $80. I don't know if there was a fee involved, as the amount was less than that so we didn't pursue it. But give them a call...after all, it's toll-free!
