I have the original DDP (1 TS/day); my ressies are:

5/3 Akershus b'fast $29 AND LeCellier dinner $34 entree (1 TS each)
5/4 Kona Cafe $22 entree (1 TS)
5/5 Jiko's $34 entree (2 TS)

as you can see, I'm short 2 TS credits! So, what's the best strategy (financially) for paying OOP? Take the highest priced entrees and use DDP for those?

any other ways around this problem (other than order cheaper entrees)?

I would pay oop for Jiko. I know it's more $$ but you get less value per ts credit. I am in the same position but we are going to yachtsman steakhouse, 2 TS. I will split an entree w/my mom and order an app. I hear the portions are very big, so I feel that is the best way to go: oop and share some things.

I agree about Jikos since it is 2 TS credits. If you take the lowest two (Akershus and Kona) they total is $51/person. Jikos (according to your calculations) is only $34/person.

We ran into something similar with ours. We're going for 8 days and we ended up a few meals that we are paying OOP for. We're doing Cinderalla's Royal Table. I was going to use 2 TS for CRT then pay OOP for one CS and one TS. Then, when I crunched the numbers, I realized that I could do 2 TS meals using credits and pay OOP for CRT and come out a little ahead. So now, instead of 1 CS and 2 TS (including CRT) we get 3 TS (including CRT) for a bit less.
