Program to Make Journals & Autograph Books

Hey everyone,
I need some help, first of all I have a laptop, less than a year old, I have Vista on it. I have Microsoft Works Suite 2006, Corel Paint Shop Pro XL, all I can find on my system is Power Point Viewer.
What do I need to be able to make all these wonderful projects.

Hi, I just use my Corel program.
1. find my clip art
2. save it to pictures
3. open Corel and size my project to 4 x 6
4. then decide on the background or back ground color
5. open the picture in Corel and resize, sharpen,soften,etc.
6. place the pic onto the project and add text
7. I merge everything and then save to an autographs, t-shirts, journal,etc folder that I've made in the pictures folder.If you have any questions, pm me and I'll try my est to answer them.
