I REALLY need a new job. I going to take a look on Monster and CareerBuilder. Anyone in NJ looking to hire a middle-aged hardworking woman with Supermodel feet? :lmao: :lmao:
I spent Thurs. and Fri crying at my desk and unless I truly hate myself, it's time to move on to something new! I just crossed my arms and stomped my foot too!

Hi Crew!
Well since i'm so hopelessly behind (did chores today instead of catching up - so I'm still back on page 2396. Maybe if I dedicate the entire day tomorrow to catching up??) I'll just start a new topic - so that I can fall more hopelessly behind. :rotfl:
When they were young what did / do your kids (or you) want to be when they grow / grew up?
DS9, when he was about 5 or 6 was going to be a school teacher, fly fighter jets for the Air Force, instruct Violin, AND be a Spy. He's planning on staying busy I guess. Interesting that when it came time to select his string instrument he picked the Viola, not the violin. If you ask him today - you'll get no anwser. I think he's reconsidering his choice(s).
DS5 is going to teach children how to be safe. When asked: Car safety? Yes. Airplane Safety? Yes. Boat Safety? Yes. Dog Safety? Yes. Bike Safety? Yes. All kinds of Safety. Oh, and get this - he's going to do this great (and most important) work at Disney World or Disneyland. guess he figures there are lots of kids there.
DS wanted to be either a paleoentologst (sp?) or a zookeeper when he was little, now he wants to be a police officer - DH keeps trying to convience him to do something else.

We have always had early & sat with friends. We are there for 2 hours and have never felt rushed out.
Wow, 2hrs? Did you eat at 6pm? Don't they have to seat late dining at 8pm? How does that work then?
p. 48, paragraph 8 of The Ultimate Hitchhikers Guide:
"Resistance is useless!" bellowed the guard.
So they got it wrong. LOL

When they were young what did / do your kids (or you) want to be when they grow / grew up?
Ruby wanted to be a dr, then later (for years) wanted to be a math teacher. Now she's aspiring to be a marine biologist, specifically working with dolphins.
Robert wanted to be a firefighter, police officer, join the marines, navy seals, etc. I think you can pretty much guess anything that makes my hair gray is what he wants to do. :scared1:
Rita- well she's still aspiring to be a princess. Oh wait- she thinks she already is. But she DID tell me just today that she's having 17 children when she grows up. :scared1: So maybe she'll be the old lady that lives in a shoe...
WAY TO GO MARY-ANN, ON THE PIRATE! I didn't even realize we were that close already. Good going for the wenches.

Help!!
I am still playing ketchup(Istill prefer mustard). What is the words or beginning of the song with "flying purple people eater?"
This is driving me crazy!!!
Well I saw the thing coming out of the sky
It had one long horn and one big eye
I commenced to shakin' and I said oo-wee
It looks like a purple people eater to me
It was a one-eyed one-horned flying purple people eater
Sure looks good to me
Well, he came down to earth and he lit in a tree
I said mr Purple People Eater don't eat me
I heard him say in a voice so gruff
I wouldn't eat you '*** you're too tough
It was a one-eyed one-horned flying purple people eater
It sure looks strange to me
I said mr Purple People Eater what's your line
He said eating purple people and it sure is fine
But that's not the reason that I came to land
I wanna get a job in a rock 'n roll band
Well, bless my soul rock 'n roll flying' purple people eater
Pigeon-toed under-growed flyin' purple people eater
one-eyed one-horned it was a people eater
What a sight to see
Well, he swung from the tree and he lit on the ground
he started to rock really rockin' around
It was a crazy ditty with a swinging tune
Wop bop a lula wop bam boom
one-eyes one-horned flying people eater
Ooh, it sure looks strange to me
Well he went on his way and then what do you know
I saw him last night on a TV show
He was a blowin' it out and really knockin' them dead
Playing rock 'n roll music through the horn in his head

have a plan where we are all going to work on the Magic, the boys are going to be musicians, DD14 will be on the entertainment staff, DD10 will be a chef, and little DD3 will just hang out in the kids clubs all day!
I guess DH and I will just hang out in the Walt...

When Issac was about 3 or 4 he was going to be a Mommy when he grew up. Big brother tried to explain that he couldn't be a Mommy, he'd have to be a Daddy. Issac's response?
"YOU can be a Daddy. I'M going to be a Mommy."
And he'd make a very nice Mommy too.... Very gentle and caring person, when he's not banging on big brother. :rotfl2:

My son, 11, wants to be an astronaut. He's wanted to do this ever since the Columbia disaster. Well not because of the crash, but that got him interested. He did a science fair project on it a few months later. He's been to Space Camp twice. So now, 4 years later, he still wants to be an astronaut. I'd say that's pretty dedicated for a child to keep the same dream for 4 years. Of course on his off time he either wants to be a Nascar driver or a train engineer. :rotfl:

Here is Sugar. He's a Samoyed and I just noticed the reason he was filching was he had run out of dog food in his auto feeder. This feeder is a large plastic box that takes about 40 pounds of food and it feeds the dog as much as he wants whenever he wants. Our dog has gotten used to it so he does not really over eat. And I make a point of getting him the lean senior diet stuff.
He's a good one. He steals when he has to - and he has no other easy way of telling us. Our previous Samoyed was a smarter one in some ways - he would stand in front of the same feeder and get our attention when it was running dry - and he would dig on the side of it to shake down any stuff that might have been caught inside so we had an earlier chance of noticing it was running low.

Is this for add ons only? Can a newbie purchase 100 points directly from DVC? :wizard: I thought you had to purchase at least 150 points if you were buying from Disney.
I need to check out the DVC board.:surfweb:
I think DVC will try to make you start with 150 points, but when we joined it was 100, and I think that they will start you at 100 if no other options are available. (but you really do need 150 for a start)

Monica that's funny. He probably thought you were joking. Have you seen the original Rodgers and Hammerstein version of "Cinderella" where he was the prince and Leslie Ann Warren was Cinderella? I remember watching it on the Wonderful World of Disney when I was a little girl and I just loved it. Oh I so relate - We had to put down our 3 dogs - one after the other over the past 9 months. Our pets are so much a part of our lives. I'm so sorry. Especially when the pet has been with you for so many years.
That's why I adopted our Annie as soon as I did - my DGS missed the dogs so much - he kept asking where they were!
Hugs to your DW ! :grouphug:

The tree trunk looked rather bad on the inside, here's a pic I took of the trunk.
http://i10.photobucket.com/albums/a118/VerandahMan/DSCF3119.jpg
When we moved into our house, there was a large tree in the front. Every time I looked at it, I wanted it to come down. I just didn't like it. We did get it cut down about a year later, and the thing was dead and could have easily fallen on the house with the right wind. Women's intuition... :rolleyes1

Sensing that I am a bit down today because of my Dad, my DH  and DD:angel: just gave me my birthday present...deciding what our plans will be for vacation this summer. We were originally going to sail Carnival...NOT. DH took it upon himself (I am the compulsive planner, not he) and booked us on RCCL Explorer of the Seas!
It sails 6/9 and sails from Cape Liberty, NJ. NO AIRPORTS!!! :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: I am not afraid to fly at all, I just hate the hassle!!! We'll need to have a Sudoko competition one day. Warning: I do Sudoko in PEN.
Oh....my DH uses a pen too. I still beat him.
My LAST environment would be Seattle or London. Both are just miserable most times of the year . . although I wouldn't mind visiting
I love Seattle. Wouldn't want to live anywhere else. I've lived for six months or more in Texas, Boston, New Jersey, Las Vegas, Kentucky, Chicago, California, and vacations in Florida, Hawaii, and Indiana. We tell everybody how horrible it is here, but that is just to keep people from moving up here. When the skies clear, there is no more beautiful place in the world. See my signature of the view from my house. We could live anywhere we wanted since we both work from home now and we can't think of anywhere we'd rather be. I dream about Hawaii sometimes, but I think I'd rather just visit.

Good evening :wave2:
Here is a survey we have not seen which soap operas do you watch DW is a fanatic about Young and the Restless and Bold and Beautiful
As the World Turns since I was 2 and General Hospital since I was 4. Can't believe they killed Alan off the show either.
I think its' time for another round of 7 questions for this weekend....
SEVEN QUESTIONS....
1]. TWO PART QUERY.... Given a choice would you choose living with excess HEAT, COLD or HUMIDITY? Or name your preferred environment. Given a choice - what would be the LAST environment of choice [least desired aspect] from the preceeding options?
Oy, I don't like the heat, at all. This cruise is gonna be a test for me. But I know I couldn't stand extreme cold either. And Humidity and my hair are enemies, so I pass.
2]. TWO PART QUERY.... Who's your favorite HERO? And what about your favorite Archvillan? Superman and Lex Luther.
3]. What's your all time favorite TV show (or movie if you have no favorite shows).
Without a doubt http://www.sitcomsonline.com/photos/38-2201.jpgI'm a huge Lucille Ball fan!!!
My other 2 fav's arehttp://image.com.com/tv/images/processed/thumb/20/4d/1547.jpg and http://image.com.com/tv/images/processed/thumb/a9/81/1625.jpg:happytv:
4]. Did you brush and floss your teeth this morning? And what about last nite? Yes and Yes
5]. Whats' the most charming or thought provoking thing you have seen, witnessed or to have happened in the past 48hours? Watching the Bob Woodruff special, (it was Tivo'd saw it today). Just heartbreaking.:sad2:
6]. If you could wake up tomorrow and relive any one day from your past... and relive it with possible changes ... but returning to the present would NOT change... what day would you like to relive? It's just pure fantasy. August 6, 1994.
7]. If you could change one thing about your home - what would it be? The location. Move it about 10 miles away.

But have you seen the flying salmon?
http://www.toursaver.com/uploads/fish%20plane.jpeg
This is actually very controversial, since it is a composite salmon. It is a wierd combination of coho, humpy and red salmon, which really urks us Alaskans.
We know our salmon.
:scared1: Fish don't fly!! I'd stick with Tinkerbell.:thumbsup2

Howdy all...
We're back from the land of the mouse & I've mostly unburied my desk at work - but there's *no way* I'm going to be able to catch up on the 30,000 posts made while I was out of circulation. Keeping up is hard enough.
We got selected for a private audience with Cinderella on our last day in the Magic Kingdom - 15 minutes with my 3 1/2 year old in princess heaven (did I mention that Cindy is her favorite?). It was a nice moment or 3, but all we got was the time, no bonus photo, no special sticker.
To top it off, DD was having a "mommie" day, and when Cinderella asked if Daddy could be in one of the photos, she said "Nope!" When pressed and asked if she would include Daddy as a personal favor to Cinderella, she said "No Carpet, No Picture!" (alluding to earlier in the day when DH had asked if he could go on the magic carpets with her, in which he was also turned down flat).
It's a good thing she's cute, or he'd probably kill her. :confused3
Welcome back! You know there is a reason kids are so cute.;)

So sorry about the kitty, we had to do that a few weeks ago with our kitty. It was awful, and she was only 6, but she had apparently had cancer in her kidneys and we never knew until she suddenly stopped eating! The only positive part of the story is that we left for our cruise a week later and it helped the kids to have something to look forward to! In fact, we surprised our family by showing up unexpectedly on the cruise :goodvibes It was so cool!
If anyone has time for a story about the surprise...here goes...
We took my parents and DH's parents on a cruise in Jan. 2005. We were celebrating both grandpa's 60th birthdays. Our reasoning for spending so much money for the whole trip (11 of us) was that we have 5 kids and we really were so grateful to them for helping us so much over the years. Plus, my husband's parents hadn't been on a real vacation for at least 20 years, and being newly retired, we hoped to inspire them to take more trips!
Well, we had a BLAST and we really didn't know what we were getting into with my in-laws. The next year they took my newly wed sister in law and her new husband on the Disney Cruise. Then they booked another cruise on the ship to go with my DSIL again AND my husband's aunt and cousin (who had never been out of Wisconsin before!). So, when we heard that they were all going, we called our trusty TA and she got us 2 rooms right down the hall from them. She linked our dining and everything! They had NO idea we were going! Our oldest DS turned 15 the day before we left and when DMIL called him, we were at EPCOT and she was at the hotel in Port Canaveral and she still had no idea.
Then she called us when we were on the ship!!!! We had just got to our cabin without being seen by any of the other family members. We were laughing sooooooooooo hard!
We had a hard time deciding when we should reveal ourselves because we didn't think we could make it all the way to dinner without being seen, so we decided to just knock on their door about 15 minutes before the safety drill started. We went to DSIL first and she was ssssssooooooooo happy, we have never traveled with them before as they are still newlyweds (about 2 years now) and have no kids. Then we all went to Grandma and Grandpas room and knocked. The look on her face was priceless. She cried for about 20 minutes! What a fun memory for all of us!!!!

I think keeping it a secret was the most fun part of all. The only problem was that we couldn't tell our toddler ahead of time as we knew she would say something, so we only told her after we knew we weren't going to see grandma and grandpa again.
BUT, grandma had it in her head that she had to drop of DS's birthday present before she left. So we put baby in the car and drove around town while grandma dropped the presents off. I don't think I ever laughed so hard at us just shoving her in a carseat with nowhere to go. (My DH got pulled over by the cops for speeding too during the drive...but he just got a warning! It is almost funnier now remembering how crazy it was!) :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Well... According to last seasons' National CDC tracking by week... we appear to be right at the PEAK of flu season (or just past it)... so it should get better from here. Of course, this season is not precisely like last year, and the data varies radically by region. In any event though, we certainly hope your DS gets over his 'bout with the bug. Earlier last month my 2 DDs and myself seemed stricken - and rather then try to kick it on our own as we've tried in earlier years I decided to go in for medication early. It seems a bit better this time because of it. However, the real solution would have been to get a flu vaccine BEFORE the season got started. Above is a link to the CDC page on the 2005-2006 flu season - and below is a link to the CDC page on the ongoing 2006-2007 flu season. At any rate... we hope the bugs not bad and that it leaves your home soon!

I see the flu is widespread here in Jersey, DD and I had our flu shots in October, Hazel won't get the flu shot, she hates needles of anykind. I get the flu shot at work for free, so I take advantage of it. With all the houses I go in and out of everyday, I do need to have the shot every year. DD needs to get one every year as well due to medical conditions.

So if I were a chaos theorist I would not look at this table at all and I would go with a "quick pick" <which is in fact what I am>.... however, the analyist in me thinks every ball is actually sllightly different and that the lotto machines are actually less than absolutely perfect in being uniform. So the balls with the right imperfections have a very very slight advantage in being selected or NOT. based on positive thinking I would probably prefer the following numbers: #25 and #36 (2.71%); then #7 and #14 (2.60%); and #48 + #53 with a 2.49% past performance. On the other hand ... if I were a contrarian... I would go with the unchoosen numbers featuring ... #19 at 0.68%, #47 at 0.90%, #11 at 1.02%, #10 and #23 at 1.13%.
Of course... the whole idea behind the ping pong balls in the plexiglass bubble is the illusion of chaos theory for the skeptics. And I am an easily convinced skeptic when it comes down to MY $2 of committment! Just the same I'll have one ticket featuring the high and low probability numbers plus a 3rd dollar for the quick pick chaos thoerist in me! Any DIS enthusiast sharing the prize with me is welcome to pay my families' annual cruising fare on DCL fer the next 2 decades out of their winnings as compensation for my analysis if "token gratitude" is in your "book" ... cuz goodness sakes we're all gonna have enuf to not notice that sort of token "thanks". If I win I'll upgrade my preference from window to cat 6 veranda ... cuz little will change in my tastes (so I say) should I strike it filthy rich!!!

Maybe you have a driver problem.:confused3 It sure soesn't sound like they would have already sent a replacement.
I agree with Paula crash. We have a bit of a driver problem too. He sometimes marks things delivered and they show up a few days later....but weeks later...that's another matter altogether!
regretfully, thiss seems to be the case. If so then this is our first case of it in over 15 years!:confused3
Seems kind of sad to think anyone could THINK they'd get away with pinching enough random parcels to make the risk worth it? (is it ever worth it?) Or maybe it's just a mismatch of personal capabilities to the job with a new driver? My sister in laws' brother - who lives near by is a regional supervisor for UPS. When-ever I've had occasion to meet a UPS driver I've always casually mentioned this fact .... "I'm family with management".... not meaning to threaten anyone - just that we DO get a LOT of UPS and FedEX deliveries. And with UPS at least we would like normal and customary service. I just might mention this instance to my SILs' brother come monday. I'm out of town fer most of today as we're planning on meeting another family to hit Disneyland. Then off to a birthday gathering for the spouse of one of my oldest and best friends... conveniently half way between us and DL. The family we are hooking up with for DL has a parent who appears to be metastatic with cancer. She already had a kidney removed last year to try and forestall the spread - but the signs are emerging now that last years surgery was not in time to save her. The weeks and months to come will conclusively confirm the spread and stage 4 condition - as she just confided with us last week that they found spots on her last scan. Sad... as they have a 1.75 year old boy and no other family locally. They are the nicest folks too.... and of our age (low 40s).
At any rate, back to my search for my 7 question posting which I posed for this weekend...

I'm embarrased to say my cousin and I sang that at talent night back in the day:rotfl2:
But at the end I remeber the word TEQUILA!!!!

Good Morning Everyone :wave2:
There will be no way I can ketchup. I feel guilty. Now I have a confession to make.............I can't deny this any longer because it is becoming a reality but boy can life be tough sometimes.
My DH just signed a lease yesterday for a apartment in Chicago. I am going to try and move to Chicago by the beginning of summer. I have been in this house for 16 years and so much clutter to go through and hurry up to get this house ready to sell, court with ex will not be fun. DD starting high school alot needs to be done there. My DD has been in the same school district her whole life.
One of the reasons I had posed the question about taking kids out of school a million pages ago was for this reason. Brooke will miss the first 5 days of school. We have made the decision that the cruise was booked first and well the experience and family can't replace that.
This decision has not come lightly and I can't tell you how many times we changed our minds in the process. Thanks for reading this. Letting others know can only help me 1. to do the things I need to because most of it is on me.

Now... seein' as it's not your birthday (it is not? right??) ... do you have ANY IDEA how difficult it is to FIND a cake image that is not a "Happy Birthday mark"... or a "Cake to MARK the 200th..." this or that thing? Yeah... finding the "right" cake for you has been a bit of a challenge this morning, but alas I did find 3 that might be "fitting"... let it not be said that anyone serves more imaginary cake on our thread than Captain Crash! Choose one, both or neither of these 3 cakes which I humbly offer fer your consideration Mark...

Tina- I am hopefully seeing the light at the end of this very tunnel. My Mom had decided to sell her house after being in it for close to 29 years. It's taken almost a year to clear out 29 years of stuff. It was amazing what was buried in the basement. We've had several yard sales, made donations and just simply chucked. (We also played junk relocation with my Sister who lives in FL.) Having been the voice of reason in this and forcing my Mom clear out the clutter, be open and willing to let stuff go. Don't keep it because your kids may want it someday. In most cases we don't.
GoodLuck.:grouphug:

Sensing that I am a bit down today because of my Dad, my DH  and DD:angel: just gave me my birthday present...deciding what our plans will be for vacation this summer. We were originally going to sail Carnival...NOT. DH took it upon himself (I am the compulsive planner, not he) and booked us on RCCL Explorer of the Seas!
It sails 6/9 and sails from Cape Liberty, NJ. NO AIRPORTS!!! :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: I am not afraid to fly at all, I just hate the hassle!!! It will be great to wake up, hop in the car and in a couple of hours be on the ship! :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: Ports are Kings Wharf, St Thomas, St Maarten and San Juan.:cool1:
You may now return to our usual blah, blah, blah...:rotfl2:

regretfully, thiss seems to be the case.
Oh Crash how awful about your friend, and so young too! I will pray for her and her family. :grouphug:

by the way cpt. crash....i never did understood the thing where the victors
received the spoils?...you think the losers would be stuck with rotten
flesh?
mag. girl..you do! have a'cute lil tag..now just sing, "color my world"
by chicago.
i read some of the post about expectations not being met...:confused3 ,
suprised so much about the food...we always enjoyed doing the dining
rooms, palos and the bkft buffets.....i absoulte don't understand how
anyone could be disappointed. the numbers they are feeding is even
more impressive....some things are just what they are...[ a disney's
banna isn't going to taste different from any other cruise?] we really
like mixing up our choices...and trusted our head server...and felt
our experiences have been amazing...as for the ap's show...i think it
is just about right...it's dinner..so i wouldn't want an complete "floor"
show...but we do "play" with the disney themes..and it always been
neat to shared our daily experiences...true, they could shoot lights
out thru the panels and make a lil' lazer show..but iam not sure it would
be better for eating? ..we take in the different courses...i wanted to
asked exactly what they were expecting but was afraid toooo. my wife
is an ccomplished cook and her mother's receipes have been published in
the ohio's cookbook. and disney has all kind of options that they
seem to be overlooking...:thumbsup2
some of the things i really liked..the lil pre show where everyone starts
clapping...[i don't know why, but its get me everytime]. it exciting running
into the characters "strolling"...i like showing off my disney's knowledge
by supporting thier character...and i really like seeing the kids' faces all
bright and full of anticipation. it's fun leaning some of the cast members
talk about their families and their jobs...we were across from their
meeting room..and i caught the captain, & all his officers--they all agreed
to take a pic!..i know it is silly but i sure like whipping that one on my wife!
i like strolling the ship at night, watching you all make your ronds, but
taking in the ship art work! i like it alot..when a lady from 3 stories above,
"had to see the scrapebook" i did for jordan--ok, i admitt it!, i miss my
boys wanting to do autographs..it sem just like yesterday.....:sad1:
..the scrape book... i ripped it apart and rebuild it like "this is your life-
princs jordan"...completed with the same # of hidden mickey as wdw.
i like taking pics of other families...and i really enjoyed seeing make
a wish families! and when things go wrong..and such with a cm, i
try suggesting a corrective measures...i see no benefit hurting feelings.
nor do i want to waste a precious second being argumentative or
combative with peers. we have experienced alot of acts of kindness
from others..waiting in line can be such a social adventrue...ha!
i also find some secret places to get away on our cruise...
on the 11-dayer , they did a ariel show in tritons's..was a big
hit with our daughter...
while we are no experts, we are in it for the family values! that's what
i like about dcl..are their focal points!
* this site is way over my head..however, i don't see the need to
question someone when i, didn't understand their postings. for the record,
i have never lied, but its fun to add a lil'imagination in my processing...
i could be wrong but it seem to me, when someone questioning my
input..is like putting me down...it would not be hard to redirect, but
all iam asking..if you don't get it then 'it' wasn't meant for you ..so
plez don't. the magic is a very big ship...with room for all. my postings
sorta expalined the things important to me...esp. my family. my wife
gave me the name lil'grumpy..for a very good reason. the one thing
i think is a major benefit of these boards has been discovering many
kindred spirits. :grouphug: . but if one feel they do not share similar
interests, i can respect that if they do the same.

Hi Kathy, Thanks I needed to hear that from somebody. Brooke right now is going through and cleaning her room. I gave her 4 rules to go by which I think are good.:confused3
1. If you haven't used it, played with it , or worn it in the past 6 months then it goes into one of these categories.
A. Charity
B. Garage sale ( I hope to have a moving sale mabye in May ? )
c. Get's thrown out.
She is my helper & rock. Tomorrow I will file court papers and contact new school. I am holding off on a realtor till I get this house spotless. I know I don't have that much time.:scared1: :scared1:
Brunch at Old Country Buffet, care to join me???
Well, I did just invite you over for crepes! I don't think we can do both. :confused3
How about if the Ennas meet the Verandah Clan for brunch one day on the cruise? I hear Hazel is a real pip! :flower3:

The family we are hooking up with for DL has a parent who appears to be metastatic with cancer. She already had a kidney removed last year to try and forestall the spread - but the signs are emerging now that last years surgery was not in time to save her. The weeks and months to come will conclusively confirm the spread and stage 4 condition - as she just confided with us last week that they found spots on her last scan. Sad... as they have a 1.75 year old boy and no other family locally. They are the nicest folks too.... and of our age (low 40s).
CC, so very sad :grouphug: :grouphug:

Tina--
I'm sorry that you are feeling so stressed. Hope things go more smoothly for you than you anticipate!
Enna: Thank you, I am praying. I don't handle stress all that well.
Tina, I know this has been tough on you, you are in our thoughts and prayers. :grouphug:
Andy: One of the hardest things is Brewster will stay behind.:sad1: :sad1: Dante can go because he is under 25 lbs. I believe ex will take him.

Sorry there is so much stress in your life  Just keep thinking......

The six month rule is a good one and one that I often use. As far as yard sales, get together with your neighbors and see if you can organize some sort of a block sale. We did two of them with 12 other families on the block. We split the cost of a newspaper ad and put signs up. It worked out really well. I was blown away by what some people will buy. In some cases we ended up buying each other stuff. Yea, I know, defeats the purpose. But I got the cutiest little table for $7.
Hang in there.
Consider it done!!!!!! Hazel is INDEED a pip, like one you have probably never seen before, right MR????????

Ah Tina :grouphug: Sorry about the amount of stress you're going through right now. Am I incorrect in thinking you guys were going to move to Florida? Moving is the pits too.....hope the clearing out and packing and selling goes as smoothly as possible.
Are you still cruising the Repo? Sorry I'm confused by your post about that (you know I'm easily confused) :lmao:
MR: Yes we had found a builder near Orlando. 2 things have changed our minds on this and I am thankful we didn't move forward. We want Brooke to stay in same high school for 4 years so not to disrupt her too much. After the recent tornadoes and so close to my Aunt, we decided Fla. wasn't for us. Also with 2 new ships coming in, we want to be a little bit closer to CA because we know we will continue to cruise DCL and believe the options might be a little better for cruising.
While we are in Chicago we will find a new builder & our dream house plans and plan to move again when Brooke is out of high school. Right now we are looking at Scottsdale AZ.
Do I try and plan too much ahead or what? When I wen't to see Chuck in Chicago all we did was talk and found the apartment. Now it's just hitting me it's a reality and YES we are going on this cruise !!!!!

Nope, not too late at all. I still have supplies for crepes & more fresh strawberries. (The kids had a big "eat 5-9 fruits & veggies a day" lecture at school this week, so I'm stocked up on the produce at the moment.)
