Giants and Chargers both win, so either there is some kind of weird voodoo going on here, or you really wanted the other teams to win . . .
It must be weird vodoo because I really wanted them to win! I'm really concerned about next week's game between the Giants and the Cowboys. I know the Giants are going to get slaughtered.....unless there's some kind of weird voodoo still going on!

This is a strange question. I just tried to match up socks. I have 133 socks with no matches....(over months) I have no idea what happened to the other socks....but I have a hard time tossing these in the trash.
What do you guys do with piles of unmatched socks?
You can send about 1/4 of them here. I think I have the matches for them.

Seeing as how there are "just a few" OCD'ers in this thread, thought I might get some feedback on our choices of excursions.
This is only our second cruise and the last one was just the 4 day cruise to Nassau and CC. In Nassau we jsut walked to the Pirate Museum and took a water taxi over to Atlantis, so this will be our first go at actual excursions.
This is our current picks for excursions:
Aruba - Sea & See Island Tour
Acapulco - Acapulco Highlights, shopping and Cliff divers
Puerta Vallarta - Las Caletas Hideaway
Cabo San Lucas - Coastal hilights Tour
Anyone know anything about any of these?
Also, is there a difference between booking with DCL or booking with a different tour company? Are there pros and cons for both?
Also, does anyone know if you change your mind on that day what, if any, are the penalties? I ask, because we have picked excursions that are good for all 4 of us. But if the girls want to stay in the Clubs, then there are things that my wife and I would rather do for excursions. Unfortunately, we don't know how the girls will like the clubs. Last cruise my eldest was hit and miss.

What I learned on my 1st disney cruise last summer was...that you can only cancel up to 2 days before the cruise but you can add on the ship. They also let us swap if we wanted to but only for a higher price, if you swap for a lower price, you were out. I had a very bad taste left in my mouth after that cruise with the shore excursions dept. as they were not always open. I ended up getting really sick and had a night time adults excursion to the casino in monaco. I couldn't reach shore excursion to ask about swapping or cancelling or even giving away. I ended up giving my ticket to another disser who's husband had signed up and she was going to stay with the kids but by then the kids were fine with the kids club. They didn't id her so it worked out. The next day, shore excursions called me and said that if I brought my tix back they would refund me, but it was too late. And I was happy to help another dis couple.
Anyways, due to the lack of communication with shore excursions, I have decided to only do 2 excursions through disney on this trip. Definately the manta ray on CC. And for my dd's bday, swim with the dolphins in acapulco. That last one is a suprise to her for her bday.
Once I find out if the jeep tour in aruba through this disgroup can have kids, we might do that too. BUT otherwise, I'll have my dd get off the ship with me in aruba for a little bit and then take her back to kids club and go off on my own. Probably rent a moped and tool around the island. I've done that before. In mexico, she can stay on the ship as we've been to mexico many times.
There's my shore excursion story. Hope that helps.

We can't put it on cafepress because of tm rules. But John can do an iron on at home and it'll come out great. We did that with Mickey on our logo for our Halloween tees. We'll make you our official sponsor and give you a shirt too....we can make a total of 5, it's not a problem....it does say with/without a stateroom number, so it works for you too Nan. I've made those iron on tshirts for the kids in preschool before. One class Wilson had did Monet like works and I loved them so much that I did the tshirts for the class. Now I can't throw away that tshirt but it's toooooo small for Wil, and of course he doesn't want to wear preschool art work anymore either.

On our other cruise we had some Diser friends that travelled with young adults who enjoyed the whole thing. I guess if you are a party type 21 year old it might be lame having lots of families with little kids around, but I was long ago that 21 year old and still enjoyed spending some time with my parents, my sisters and my sisters little kiddos.

Monica,
Thanks for asking. All seems to be going in the right direction. She is having a bit of a time with formula. They have a special one for preemies, I guess they have a hard time with the milk digestion. She also has her days and nights mixed up...but that is just the regular part of having a baby.
I'll ask my cousin to send me a picture so you can see her. I saw them on her camera when we visited so it's been a while for me.

What do you guys do with piles of unmatched socks?
I buy identical socks in large quantities and when we get down towards the last of them I go buy another 3 dozen or so.
LisaG520.....remember when I was asking you who else was coming to Grills with us.....a single person, staying at your hotel, it was Angie GreatWhiteNorth....that's why I thought she was from Canada. OK now that I saw this and remembered, I feel better.
No we have not heard from her for a while. But that doesn't mean anything. We will know if she is coming or not when I send her a PM with questions for her to answer. You'll all be getting one eventually.
I guess it doesn't matter anymore about who is going to Grills, I think we have about 20 people. We'll have to call in advance and make sure we can get seated. We're going to have so much fun!
My friend Pat and her husband are staying at the Radisson too so they might join us for dinner as well.
Oh cool, just another single lady!! That should be so much fun!! Isn't she from Canada as well?
Six days a week of work is hard, but the extra in the paycheck is good!! :goodvibes I am so glad your back is better. :goodvibes I have never had back problems and I am so thankful!!
I have the night shift for Frank today, so I haven't seen him today. Yesterday, the doctor said he would be moved out of CVICCCU this morning at 5am. They changed their mind during the night and did not move him. But the have just now moved him...(just called the hospital).
Yes, they did bring him out of the coma in time for our date....such that it was (Redskins lost). They gave him morphine for his pain after the first quarter and the nurse said it would knock him out.....NOPE.....he stayed awake for the entire game!!
If he stays on this track...he will be transfered back to the other hospital on Thursday. Then it will be back on the Rehab track.
Thats great news!

Ok there are lots of options on the Cafepress site, but if you want another items, V can add it to the shop, maybe, I am not sure if there is a limit on the number of items allowed.
Anyone can go to the website and grab a graphic, on the Graphics page, and do a Cafepress Custom item. There is two light item designs, a small item design and a dark item design.
Have fun.

Oh, I saw those on TV yesterday and was going to check out the web site today....maybe I should wait and see how you like yours....hehe.
SEA LION ENCOUNTER.... OK, that's three of us interested. As soon as we can see excursion times, we should coordinate our bookings. :thumbsup2
Holly, I so proud of you for taking the no cable step to save money. It's something I've considered doing too. I've realized while my laptap has been sick that I can STILL get on the DIS when I need to. I may go ahead and do it too....AFTER payup date and the 90 day booking window that is......
.....back to page 2817.....
Sounds good! Everything is better with friends.
no.....I don't want to bring them bad luck. The skins were doing well until I came into the room!
John really wants to do Gasparilla, which is the weekend we are supposed to host the DCL party. I haven't heard back from them if I can change the date or not. My dad is doing the race and then there is a big pirate invasion. It's pretty cool but not something I am dying to do!
I think you can do it whenever you want. They just prefer it closer to the 26th.
I see we're getting closer to the cruise pay date and booking of excursions, spas, palos and everyone has questions. I'm also getting asked a lot of questions in the PMs that I'm getting back. I can't possibly answer each one individually so I'm doing the next best thing......I'm posting where to find all the info that you seek on this board.....go to:
1. Page one here
2. Two websites - PM pjphoobear to get access
All that information is laid out so that you can find it. We knew that we overchatted and wouldn't be able to find anything, so PJ created our website. Go there for all the information that you need.
I hope this helps, I hope you're all reading these posts and I hope you understand why I just don't have the opportunity to answer each of you individually.....I'm right in the middle of a big project and that would side track me and take up all of my time and I wouldn't get the project done. Please forgive.
You are doing a great job!!! If you need help on anything let me know.
Great job on the weight loss and no smoking.

The design on the front page of the SOT website has thieves spelled one way and the design on the cafepress has theives spelled another way. Which way is the way that the design will actually be printed and is there an inside joke that I missed in the 2000 pages I haven't read yet???

Opps, V, I guess the Cafepress shop hasn't been fixed yet, eh? V, you can grab the corrected graphics off the site.
For now, go grab the graphic from the website's grahic page, double click on the logo (those with out characters) you like, then download to your computer. Head to Cafepress and choose to do a Custom item(s). Use the downloaded graphic. I am doing that with a dark shirt.
There are those DISer who are very early planners and will have the first edition Tees with the old spelling, lol. You know who you are!

Update on my grandmother:
She is doing ok, can't remember alot! She was very happy and surprised to see us. We visited for about an hour before I had to go to work. I found out my cousin got married and had a kid!:scared1: My dad and I aren't very close so I haven't seen his side of the family in 2 years. I LOVE everyone up there and going there brought back many fun memories of my childhood. They were cleaning out her attic and she had kept all our toys.(My dad took me over there on his days with me when I was little. My dad left when I got there and didn't come back until after I left. He called an apologized and we are going to take mamaw out to eat next Friday.
My greatgrandmother is not doing well though! She is 93 and they are waiting on her to go on. They called with and update for my grandmother while I was there and she started crying and saying how much she loves her mom. It was very sad:sad1:
Ok I though of Deb while I was there today. Most everyone up there has always smoked and today only one cousin was. It gave me a horrible headache and made me wonder if that is why mamaw is so sick. (she never smoked but was always around it).
Ok sorry for the long story!:sad2:

Deb it isn't correct, they would be printed exactly as they are shown on the group Cafepress shop. V, is going to fix that and let us know when it is ready.
For now do a "make your own stuff" item with a logo from our website.

Jill, How did your visit with your grandmother go:goodvibes I hope you were able to have a nice visit. It's hard when loved ones are sick, isn't it:hug:
Thank you for your feedback on the zip line. Great pic:thumbsup2 Do you think this would be hard for someone who has some issues with back pain? That is my concern. I really want to do this, but have had a lot of back pain in the last couple of months. I'm feeling much better, but it comes and goes. Normally I'm pretty active, all summer, early fall I walked 30 to 90 min a day. Not rugged exercise but up and down hill somewhat:confused3
Kathe
DH and I both don't think it caused back pain. However you will have a terrible wedgie. It is almost like sitting in a swing and gliding down. You sit and lean back and use your back hand to slow down when you get near the platform. The harness really cradles you. It is amazing we are doing is in Cabo San Lucas.
:grouphug: Thank you. I wish so much that I could help take away the pain this family is feeling:sad1: Micah's older brother is having a very hard time too. He is 9 yrs old, old enough to begin to realize what Micah is battling, plus he has lost, at least temporarily, his playmate. The two loved to play together, but Micah is just too sick right now.
Prayers for Micah and his family. I too am praying he has a miracle:grouphug:
Aruba - Sea & See Island Tour
Acapulco - Acapulco Highlights, shopping and Cliff divers
We are doing these too. As for booking with DCL. If you book with DCL and the excursion runs over the boat will wait on you. We feel it is better to book with Disney and not leave it to chance. However this is only our second cruise. People who have cruised more or have know the areas book seperatly and save$$$. Just remember to head back to the boat only.
Our 21 yo daughter will be joining us on this cruise. Are there others on the board with children this age. She is worried she will be very bored during the trip
Dh and I will be 24. This will be our second cruise. We have no kids and LOVE DCL. I was having to drag DH off the boat last time!:dance3:

I watched this with Frank tonight. I hate to admit this (and my DH says i am crazy) but I believe him. I guess he jut wants to get into the Hall......

My 19 year old son and I are cruising together. One of his friends (20 years old) may be coming with us. Daniel loves DCL....I bet your daughter has an awesome time!!
My 21 yo cousin will be joining us as well. She too is worried about being bored and an extra wheel on the cruise. So there we have 2.

I missed it - did he deny taking the steroids I assume - and if so, I don't think I believe him.
How did your decluttering weekend go Angie, did you get a lot done?
We took two loads to a storage place. One 10X15 is almost full of DD stuff and one 10X15 is about half full of our stuff. Tomorrow we have to finish up some declutter, clean the floors, paint the new door facing, and paint the bathroom ceiling that Dennis repaired on Friday. The realto has called twice this week (once on Thrus and once today) and said there was someone very interested. The first wanted to see pictures first and is looking for horse property. The realtor came up and took some photos Thursday----unannounced. Today he called and said another realtor had a client that is VERY (he emphasied very) interested and they wanted to come "sometime after two" and knew we were working on the house today, but really was wanting to see the property, not the house. I said "send 'em up". We are still waiting for them. :headache: So, our backs are sore, but we are getting there.

Aruba - Sea & See Island Tour
Also, is there a difference between booking with DCL or booking with a different tour company? Are there pros and cons for both?
We're doing the Sea & See Island Tour in Aruba also! (DH, me, DS9 and DS6.)
The biggest pro of going with DCL is that if something happens to say the transportation and you can't get back to the ship in time for departure, they'll hold the ship for you. If you do a non DCL tour...you're outta luck! The biggest con of going with DCL is the price, of course...there's usually a big mark up. On our past cruise we did non DCL tours and were very happy, had no probs but because this is such a long cruise and I wouldn't want to be stuck off the boat, most of our choices will be DCL.

Wish I was assigned to a stateroom too, but I'm still GTY as well. Not sure where I'll be, I did suggest the all-nighter on deck when we go through the Panama Canal, didn't realize at the time I'd be there all 15 nights though:eek:

Come on with us Kathe....I'm sure there's room for one more in our life boat and my roomies won't mind. It's better than being on deck since it has a cover, you won't get wet in the rain.
How are you at remembering things.....Do you have many senior moments....just curious since it will help if we could remember where our lifeboat is when we have to leave for showers.

Hello All,
I have about umm say 2,000 posts to read to get up to speed here. :) I wanted to jump in here now that the holiday season is over I can start obsessing about the cruise. I am a single mom aged 32 bringing my daughter 9, and my son 4. I will catch up on the posts little by little but am hoping to get a little help here too. I am interested in a few things.
1. Fish mail I would like to give treats and get some too, so who do I need to speak with?
2. Champagne Girls I saw who to pm for that so I shall
3. dis meets- any in my area? California Bay Area
4. Custom clothes can I get pm's with ebay sellers info for real cute kids clothes or dis members who sew for profit
5. My daughter is a Junior Girl Scout, any other scouts onboard, maybe work on a badge while cruising?
6. Anything else special? any groups, meeting events, stuff to buy, whatever I am game!!! PM me or post here and I will reply asap.
Thanks to any and everyone in advance. I know my post will be off the radar in an hour seeing how often you all post but I will keep up to date with all new posts and try to read all the old ones for info too. Oh and me my name is really hard to spell and say sooo the phonetic pronunciation is easier........ Mar-Asia. :thanks:

Once again, thank you to everyone for all of your prayers:goodvibes
Micah has completed his first 5 day session of chemo, he was pretty sick, so had to stay a couple of extra days in the hospital, but is home now. He has one dose of chemo this week, and one dose next week, only has to be at the hospital for a half day for these. Then he'll start all over again. It will be 3 week cycles like this for quite some time. When he gets to week 20, then he will receive radiation on his lungs and liver. His liver was cancer free when he received his surgery, two weeks later they detected a tumour, so they are saying the cancer is quite aggressive:sad1: Hopefully the chemo will do what it is hoped to do, and the radiation too. Micah isn't eating at the moment, but he is drinking fluids. :grouphug:

I think it's awesome and I'm going to get John to make up the shirts. Ladies what color should we go with? PM me sizes and we'll get working on them.
Thank you, thank you, thank you PJ.....a great job as usual.
Not too worried about colour - my problem is size and style. I look better in a v neck, but there aren't many around. At the moment I bet I need an XL, but I would like it to be a S by then!!!!!!!:lmao: I will have a look at size comparisons for US/UK. I think if I were a 16 here that would be a 14 there, but will look and see. Also, if I want to wear it at the end of the cruise it probably would have to be a size bigger!!!:lmao:
Just throw them out. Eventually you will move and you will have to just do it! ;)

Lifeboat Crew....you know who you are....I ordered some XXL violet tees from the site that PJ found.....blankshirts.....they were so very inexpensive. I thought I might place another order when Gydell and Kathe get back to me about their sizes. If we have some extras, maybe we can give them to our DHs....I know John would love to have one.....In fact, he has been asking me what about the husbands, where do they get to sleep if all the girls have a lifeboat? I think they will probably have to get a lifeboat of their own because we can't fit them in ours. So they can have a shirt too.

for those of you that are waiting on a room assignment, have you paid in full or still have a balance to pay.
perhaps if paid, the room assignment would be made at that time??? just trying to think about the non-assignments and some of the options.
We paid up last week and I did wonder if that meant they would allocate, but they haven't yet anyway!!!
I don't care if I don't get assigned now because I like my tee shirt that PJ designed. Great Job PJ.....I really really love it!
Anyway we want a nice girly lifeboat don't we? No snoring men either!

Hello All,
I have about umm say 2,000 posts to read to get up to speed here.
Mar-Asia. :thanks:

My daughter just turned 9 and wears a 8 in bottoms and a 8 or 10 top usually. A little old for some of the foofoo outfits but she likes the twirly skirts and decopague jeans and shorts. I am a Disney nut and try to buy her outfits for when we go to Disneyland or stuff like the Hannah concert. I like the non Disney custom stuff too and she is at such a great age finally growing up a little but still my little girl too. There are usually a bunch of great stuff on ebay in her sizes but seriously I think a bunch of people are on holiday vacation. I guess I can just give it more time and they will be listing again. I know a lot of sellers do not like their name out there due to copyright on Disney items but if any of you know of someone please PM if you can. Thanks.

I never use anything above 15 in NE Ohio, but on the cruise I will start out with 30 unless I have gotten some sun (I am darker skinned - Greek heritage) and work my way down to 15. Amy and Sophia will probably start with 45 and work down to 30 or maybe 15 as they are more fair skinned. The sun is definitely more intense in the tropics!

I'm baaaaaaack! :lmao: At the library now (again). When we were here yesterday, Tyler picked out a few things that he wanted to take home, but I told him we'd wait to see how his day at school was today and that could be his reward to work towards. For the first time in a LONG time (and this very rarely happens), he had a GREAT day in BOTH morning and afternoon class! :yay: :woohoo: He was so proud of himself and just couldn't wait to show me his report from the day. So we're here at the library, and he ran right to the things he picked yesterday, and fortunately they were still here. One POC book, and 2 DVDs (a Yogi Bear one and some cartoon-ish deal about knights). :thumbsup2 So he's playing with the train set in the children's area while I DIS for a minute.
Funny....he told me he's not sure what made him have a good day, but he thinks people have been praying for him. :rotfl:
I guess since the pay up date is almost here....it's making it seem like the cruise is almost here!
Speaking of final pay date: I called All Seasons yesterday and asked why my date is so much earlier than what DCL sets. They told me they just like to give their customers that cushion to make sure they pay on time and that of course I can have until DCL's final payment date. I knew that would be the case, but it was nice to hear them confirm that because I have to wait until I get my tax return to pay up and I have no doubts that I'll have it by then. :thumbsup2

I always use SPF 50 on Tyler because he's very fair complected. I usually focus so much on getting him covered that I forget myself! But I haven't burned yet in the Caribbean. Since this cruise is going to much hotter places and is for much longer, I'll definitely use the 50 on myself too.

:rotfl:
Well done Tyler.:thumbsup2

Holly - glad to see Tyler had a good day!
Does anyone have any good educational software to recommend for the K-1st grade age? I looked on Best Buy but none had been reviewed. Samantha loves the computer at school and she rarely gets on it at home, since I am on it! But I would like to get something that will be more challenging than what they are doing in the classroom.
My girls both loved the Reader Rabbit computer games. They had all different types and age levels. I think they would say those were their favorites. They also liked Freddie Fish and Putt Putt the car, but those weren't so educational as they were puzzle type programs.

For me probably factor 30. We tried a great once a day one on our last vacation and it was very good. Was actually wondering about factor 40 though. John likes his factor 20 once a day he has used for years.
A cautionary tale ......
If you are going to go with anything greater than what you have successfully used in the past, I want to suggest a test spot before you leave home. I live on Lake Huron and start the summer with SPF 30. Since I was going to the Caribbean I bought 45 and 60. Well, I missed most of Castaway Cay because I broke out in horrible hives about 30 minutes after I applied the higher SPF. I later found out that lots of people react that way to the stronger SPF. I thought that since it was Water Babies it would be ok for sensitive skin.
Just my experience but I would hate to have anyone else go through having to leave Serenity Beach because of an allergic reaction to too strong of an SPF.

Last Med Cruise we were sitting down near swimming pool (middle one with big screen) to watch man cut the iced. We just sat down for half hour then at night time my husband burned his foots and legs too. He couldn't wear the shoes at night times. I forgot that his skin is sentative with sun. He easy burn with sun. He did put suncream of 25!!! Now he bought new one of 50!!

I was never brand loyal when it came to sunscreen. None of them bothered me but the very high SPF. WHen I mentioned the reaction to my doctor he told me he dealt with several cases every summer and it was just the higher SPF that some people cant tolerate. As they saying YMMV (right Deb-lol)

Hepatitis A or immune globulin (IG)Recommended for all unvaccinated people traveling to or working in countries with an intermediate or high level of hepatitis A virus infection (see map) where exposure might occur through food or water. Cases of travel-related hepatitis A can also occur in travelers to developing countries with "standard" tourist itineraries, accommodations, and food consumption behaviors.Hepatitis B Recommended for all unvaccinated persons traveling to or working in countries with intermediate to high levels of endemic HBV transmission (see map) and who might be exposed to blood or body fluids, have sexual contact with the local population, or be exposed through medical treatment, such as for an accident, and for all adults requesting protection from HBV infection.

Hi Deborah, sorry to confuse you....yes we will wear our DIS lime green shirts for our pics and probably to meet at the terminal. The Lifeboat Crew tees are for the few of us who don't have stateroom assignments yet.....we'll be staying in the Lifeboats.....so we made a shirt for us. If you want to copy it and wear it on a shirt, go right ahead.....feel free to do so, but it is mostly as a joke for the few of us who don't have room assignments.
I hope that clears it up for you.

for those of you that are waiting on a room assignment, have you paid in full or still have a balance to pay.
perhaps if paid, the room assignment would be made at that time??? just trying to think about the non-assignments and some of the options.
I'm with John, Myth Busted, we haven't paid and I have our room #, Cat 4
I don't care if I don't get assigned now because I like my tee shirt that PJ designed. Great Job PJ.....I really really love it!
So they can have a shirt too.
love it :lovestruc

Hi Jill:hug: Sounds like you had a bittersweet day:hug: Glad your Grandma enjoyed seeing you and you got to get caught up a bit with family. Sorry your GG isn't doing so well though. Sounds like the trip brought back lots of memories.

what is everyone serving up for the big game tonight?
We had soup for dinner - might heat up some frozen empanadas later.
Not paid in full yet, but have a room assignment.
Myth Busted.
I'm with John, Myth Busted, we haven't paid and I have our room #, Cat 4
Chocolate & Jimmies (or Sprinkles if you don't speak my language) please. :dance3:
We're with you on the Myth Busted - rm # assigned at time of booking.
Oh and Jimmies please with chocolate sauce.
I don't think Jazz bands and Jazz singers should do the National Anthem. it sounded like a death march.
Totally agree!

Ok...I DID IT!!!
I just got off my butt (literally) and did 1 mile on my stationary bike :cool1:
I have just under 18 weeks to get some pounds off (not that I think I can catch up to Deb :goodvibes ). Here I am hoping that I can even just lose 2 lbs/week...that would be 36 lbs. Doable...very doable. I just need to keep getting off my butt.
Keep at me people PLEASE!!!

trying to come up with some new food items for tonight. John wants wings.....
I had the BEST thing I have ever eaten, if you love wings...you have to make this one.
Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip
2 8oz packages of cream cheese ( you can use the light one)
3-4 chicken breasts ( three is plenty)
1 bottle of Frank’s Hot Wing Sauce (found in catsup aisle or you can get a big bottle at Costco)
1 bottle of Blue Cheese Dressing (Marie’s is the better one)
1 8oz package of shredded mozzarella cheese
Spread the cream cheese into a 9x13 pan. Cook the chicken breasts in boiling water and then shred them. I spice up the water with other spices like garlic, cayenne pepper, salt/pepper etc. After shredding the chicken, place in bowl and coat the chicken with a good amount of the Hot Wing sauce. You don’t want it swimming in sauce but enough to really coat it all. Mix the chicken and sauce together and spread the chicken over the cream cheese layer.
Combine the blue cheese dressing and the mozzarella cheese in a bowl and mix. Pour this over the chicken and spread. Bake at 350 for approx 25 minutes or until bubbly, serve with large Frito Scoops.
I'll look tonight when I get home, I can't access Ebay from work!! There are some I have listed in my favorite sellers that haven't done anything in a while.

Lisa do you call her Katie? I guess I don't think I have ever seen you post anything besides Kaitlyn!!! How are you? Working a lot?
That's daddy's name for her. :) Her teacher started calling her that this year because that is her DD's name but Kaitlyn finally told her in NOvember that she really wants to be called Kaitlyn in school. We call her Katie around the house more I guess.
I am working right now in fact...just taking a quick break inbetween jobs. I am going to try to cut my hours down to 65 a week starting in a couple weeks. I will be working a few very long days but then wil have 2-3 off a week. :)
It looks like both teams are fired up now. Goodness! This is going to be a high scoring game.

We love In and Out too. That is the only fast food burger place we go. We always go on the weekend. I really dont think it is a bad choice. We get our burgers with ketchup and mustard instead of the sauce. And we share the fries. We havent been to a mcdonalds in over a year. and for us that's a big change. We use to be addicted to Happy Meals. And I have the toys to prove it.

Hi Lisa! Welcome.
Hey there PJ. I thought that you guys would appreciate what William said yesterday. You know how he is into reading history books and such. Well, we were talking about the cruise this year and he said that he didn't think that we were going to be on a Disney Cruise this year. I told him yes, we would be on the Magic. Well, he thought that we were going to be on a ship call the PC. OY! Then he started telling me how PResident Theodore Roosevelt decided to build the PC and he was there checking on it. He asked if there were rooms to sleep in there and was disappointed to find out that we wouldn't be getting off the ship at all while going through the canal. Kaitlyn asked questions about the lock and I was explaining to her how they work and then told them that we might see the beginnign of the construction of the larger locks that would be opening in a few years. William then told me not to forget to tell her about the roads. I was a bit confused how roads related to the canals. He told me...with a straight face...that they had to have the roads for the mules to walk on. I realized what he was talking about but wanted him to tell me how the mules were going to fit in with our cruise through the PC. He just looked at me and told me that they were going to be pulling the ship through the canal.
:lmao: :rotfl: :lmao: :rotfl: :lmao: :rotfl: :lmao:
I couldn't help it! I cracked up and couldn't stop laughing. When I did I explained to him that mules were used in the beginning for some canals but they had much smaller boats at the time and I didn't think that they were going to be able to find mules strong enough to pull the Magic through the locks.

Hey Hey Hey Now....I only watched until 9am and they were still winning 10-3. Then I had to change channels because I'm recording two things and can't watch a third. So I watched Deal or No Deal and when that was over, I put the game back on and they were already down at the half. They just started back again and LSU scored. I didn't do it this time. Our crew now consists of: Marilyn, Gydell, Kathe, Jackie and me with Nan as our official sponsor. I think that's about all our Lifeboat can hold. If anyone else doesn't have an assignmet, you'll be forced to get another lifeboat. It's a good thing our DH's have their own boat too. How cramped we would all be if they didn't!
