when did tickets arrive?

How long before your trip did your tickets and stuff arrive???? I don't want to call my CAA travel agent and be a pest but I was just curious?

It's my understanding they don't send your tickets etc...

We are 31 days out and received our Magical Express Info 2 days ago by FedEx.

On our last couple of trips (booked with CAA) we paid the last of the money at 45 days out and waited a couple of weeks. Magical express documents went to the CAA office along with our Disney documents and we picked them up from the office. I guess they arrived at CAA 4-5 weeks before our departure. :woohoo:

Did you book with a TA or directly with Disney? Either way I might be inclined to make a call tomorrow just to check.:confused:

Of course, sorry, I just had a minor brain interruption! I would certainly give a call tomorrow. Might be a simple thing, like your TA was out all last week and couldn't call.:thumbsup2

I got mine about 3 weeks out from CAA...I'd be calling at 18 days!.

I was under the impression that i would not get any tickets or anything in the mail. I booked online for July. Will i receive my park tickets ahead of time??

Park tickets are received at check-in if you are staying at a Disney resort. If you are staying off- Disney property - you should definitely ask your T/A about when you will be receiving the tickets etc.

If you are using Magical Express to get to your Disney resort, you will receive luggage tags and some basic info on that about 31 days prior to your departure. If you're renting a car, this does not apply.

Otherwise the only documentation you really have is something showing your reservation #, what your reservation contains (ie: how many and who in your party, what type of tickets etc).

Until I read it and there was nothing on there regarding the insurance i paid for! TA insisted there was a flyer in the package and it stated on the Reservation form that it said "non-refundable" insurance.

Scanned the form. and double checked the package..no insurance information....it was corrected this morning!


Thank goodness!!!

Priceline emailed me this morning re: confiramtion of rental car and stuff..woohooo....its coming sooner than later!
